The Owners of Annapolis Nissan are exceptional!

The Owners of Annapolis Nissan are exceptional!! Greg and his son, Vincent, always take care of me immediately when I happen to have issues. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service with my Nissan Rogue. Thanks again for you help this week with a Loaner and fixing my SUV's Truck closure issue!! I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!!

Josh was great.

Josh was great. This is the second car we bought from him.. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the finance rate of 7%. We were able to get it, lowered another percent so we got it at 6%. But what I have been reading issues finance rates around 5% right now

I called Zek to see if i could get in for flat tire.

I called Zek to see if i could get in for flat tire. He said to bring my Rogue in at 1. The tire was fixed and I was put the door by 130. Thanks for another great service.

Went in for recall, also asked them to check why tire

Went in for recall, also asked them to check why tire pressure light on - they did recall and the tire pressure light is still on in my car so not sure if they checked it or not.

First time customer, I called around 1:30pm and set my

First time customer, I called around 1:30pm and set my appointment for 5pm today! I get there ten minutes before my scheduled services and had a nice conversation with one of the service guys. He takes my car keys and gives me a ticket with a number on it and takes my car to the back to be serviced…so I thought. I’m sitting in the waiting room for one whole hour, and someone says hey ma’am are you here for a service? I ask them where my car is and show them my ticket number. They said no one ever checked you in for services and we are closing. Wow, this has NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. I will be contacting the manager, Dave Scott, tomorrow. He definitely needs to hear about how this service center dropped the ball. I was livid, but gathered my things calmly and left calmly. THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!
