I came in today and picked up my dream car a bmw 328!!!! Aden and Logan helped me through the process of financing and got my payment just where I needed it. As a mother of three this is so important to me:)

After attempting to get information about a vehicle for over a month through various platforms, we were told that it wouldn’t be ready for another day or two. We tried to locate it at both lots and it was nowhere to be found. When I expressed concern that the vehicle seemed to not exist the salesman tried to convince me that I was being unreasonable in expecting an advertised vehicle to be available and then never wrote me back. He did write my husband who went by to look at the vehicle. The one he saw only vaguely resembled the one advertised and was likely not the same at all.

Aden and Brandon did a great job at helping me with my purchase, my car just broke down and they helped me fast!

They are selling cars with bad titles and bad repairs that break shortly after purchase

I loved how Brandon helped me and my wife, we didn’t have the best credit but have been on the right track since meeting allegiant.

I had a horrible experience at allegiant automotive. I bought a car that needed a part repair at time of sale. I was promised it would be two days so I went ahead with the purchase. It was two months later when I was finally given the car. On the first night I find out that the headlights don’t work. This is on top of all the other minor issues that don’t work, locks, mirror motor , trunk opener. The turn signals don’t turn off automatically. 8 day after I take possession that’s is a knock under the hood whenever a turn is made. I was told they would fix any issue under 1000 miles or one month. They now say it is not covered and it will need to be payed for by me. I believe I was lied to at every point of this interaction . Do not do business with them . They took advantage of me having bad credit and sold me a lemon. I’m upset I can’t give them negative stars.

bait and switchers. they are still advertising a vehicle that they don't even have!

Julian and Aden were very helpful and did a great job with helping me get approved.
