We appreciate the help of Julio Cruz and the other staff who helped us purchase our new Sorento. It was the car we wanted for a fair price. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot give enough credit to Mark Andrijowych. I walked in after having a rough experience with another dealership and felt instantly comfortable. He was honest, caring, and beyond helpful. I left with a new car and a dealership I would feel great recommending to anyone. Working with not only Mark but Avery in financial was a flawless experience that should be when you are buying a new car. If you are on the fence about visiting, please go and see Mark.

I had a very negative experience with this dealership and with Julio Cruz, in particular. Julio made a verbal agreement about my trade in value and also promised that I would be able to put the balance of the purchase of the vehicle I was purchasing on my credit card in order to avoid a car loan. But when I got to the dealership, the salesman reneged on the promises he had made. I contacted the sales manager and president of the company, but they were not willing to honor what was promised either. I would never buy a car from this dealership again.

Alex Greenland accomodated me even though I was a day late. The work was done in a very reasonable length of time. My only disappointment was that the wash machine was broken but that’s not Alex’s fault. All in all a pleasant experience.

Mark Andrijowych was amazing. He showed us 2 different models of the Sorento and I'm glad he did. We were able to make an informed decision and didn't feel pressured to choose. We got exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We have already recommended family to visit Mark and Crown Kia of Dublin. Avery was wonderful in the finance department. He explained our options, was easy to work with and was extremely efficient. Best financing experience ever as well.
