He listened to what I was looking for and did a search to find a vehicle matching all my requirements. I live in Stanford,KY. and found the car I been looking for online at Crown, which was about 250 miles from me, when you know what you want, go for it. Anyway, I spoke with Kathy Moyer over the phone and she told me that she would hold the key's to the car until I got there, so I jumped on my bike and rode up there, got to test drive it and loved it, a 2003 Monte Carlo SS, WHITE. Told them I wanted it, they got me approved, came back with my trade in 5 day's later, they had all the paper work ready, car completely filled up with gas and ready to go, also dealt with Jason Stull, another great sales person. Everybody was very friendly, Non-Pushy sales people. Yes I would drive or ride another 250 miles to buy from them again, thanks.

Dennis found the car that we were looking for in our price range. He explained throughly all of the car's features. He got us in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours - which I find amazing. We, almost, did not come to Crown Kia due to the bad experience we had a couple of years ago with another Crown Dealership. But, the guys at Crown Kia made us feel must better about the Crown family. I just hope that our future experiences will be as good as we have already received.

Amazing, can't even describe our wonderful experience! Chip was so helpful explaining everything we needed to know.
