My last two new cars were bought here. My son and granddaughters cars were also purchased here. The dealership has proven itself to be reliable, honest and does not use high-pressure tactics. That is greatly appreciated. This was for regular maintenance. Riley was polite, professional, and personable. He made sure that all my questions were answered. He gave me a timeframe for completion. I would highly recommend him. The cashier was pleasant and I was processed quickly. My problem is not with him but with the fact that this is the second time the backup camera replacement part was not available. Why is it taking over six months to get recall replacement parts?
