Great, friendly service
I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Aubrey. He was knowledgeable, up front, and professional in every aspect of my purchasing experience. I can recommend both Bradshaw Acura and Aubrey Minns without reservation to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I should have chose this dealership along time ago.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Bradshaw Acura. Steve Steele went out of his way to make sure my wife and I both were both familiar with the vehicle before we left the showroom. My total time form start to drive off was no more than 2 hours. Between Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Steve we were made to feel like we were the only people buying a car that day even though they had delivered five. My trade-in had a maintenance contract and Steve called me the next day to inform me that he was sending it back to me and I could cancel and get a rebate. How many sales people would provide that level of service? I will be back.

Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had
Ken Hucker made buying our new 2015 MDX the best experience ever! He was always pleasant and helpful - NEVER the car sales person that has become the stereotype. We enjoyed working with him very much.

Always a pleasure
Thank you Bradshaw for making my second Acura purchase a most pleasant experience. And an extra big thank you to Evan Lindsay for his patience, his wealth of product knowledge and his great sense of humor, too. Acura will always be my brand of choice but more importantly, the team at Bradshaw is part of why I love Acura. They always provide the highest level of customer service from the moment you are greeted to having your vehicle serviced. I highly recommend Bradshaw Acura.

Out of towner's emergency stop
Last Friday I was driving near Greenville when I had a tire problem that needed to be handled by an Acura dealership. I called Bradshaw, explained the problem and Corey set up an appointment based on my arrival time. The tire was replaced and the entire transaction was handled smoothly, professionally and quickly. I was back on the road in less than two hours, as promised. Thank you! I highly commend Bradshaw's service department.

Excellent Service Department
I own a 2005 MDX, purchased new from Bradshaw, and I continue to return for regular maintenance. Thru the years I've dealt with different service managers, most recently with Jennifer Rios, and prior to that, Doug H. They are always very pleasant, answer my questions, and make sure my concerns are fully checked by a service technician. I appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area for short appointments and loaner vehicles for longer ones. I feel I continue to receive the same level of service I've had since my car was new. Thanks for consistently great service.

Awesome!
I have an MDX with over 150,000 and they still treat me like a new car customer! Service is what makes a dealership as far as I am concerned.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with the Bradshaw sales people, and they did an excellent job in explaining the features on the car.

2012 TL ACURA
I am please with the service that I had received as all ways. As long as I own an Acura I will take my vehicle to Bradshaw in Greenville, SC on Laurens Highway. The Staff of the Maintenance department and the Mechanics are great. They are excellent in finding and resolving the problem(s). That's what I like about the department and all are professional, warm and friendly, always smiling upon arrival. A cheerful good day and the end of the service. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Sincerely Mary Sheard

My experience
I have purchased many cars over the past years. Never have I been called "WISHY WASHY" by a General Manager of a dealership. JJ (general manager) kindly put a deal together for me in September but I just couldn't come to terms with the deal, so I told him I simply couldn't afford the car but I would be back the first of the year. ( I did not bother them again and fully intended to go back in January) October comes around, they call back ready to make a deal. Numbers seem a little more agreeable, and they have a car coming for me. I agreed to purchase on Friday. THURSDAY: Sales rep calls and says car came in a day early. I come straight to dealership with in 30 minutes. The car was sold to someone else already. Soon as I walk in JJ comes to the sales rep and myself. He knows I am not happy. After some talk and some light expression of my anger; On the sales floor he says,"we've been waiting on you for 4 days"....Really? Why? Told me car would be in Friday, I said I would be there. Car came in Thursday, changed my plans and came straight over. Still I want the Acura for my wife to have. JJ says he can have one by Friday or Saturday, along with the fact its going to cost him to get the car brought in. Thanks for the insight, I didn't know it cost money to do business. So we go to his office so I can review the deal. Sorry Bradshaw, some people may talk in terms of monthly payment but want to know what they are paying overall. The final straw was I have a trade. Before coming to the dealership they didn't bother to tell me they reduced the value of trade allowance by $500. I understand trade values change daily and I did have a few days where I thought I would be able to sell myself. But before I come to the dealership take the time to tell me you changed something. Instead his choice of response: "If you don't like it you can walk." But Back to the insult: "Youv'e been wishy washy".....You lost your dealership the opportunity to sell me anything right there. I'm sorry some people like myself have to think things thru and make sure they are making the right decision for their family, but also refer to above that I didn't call you. Im sure your side of the desk is stressful many times a day but if you cant control your personal thoughts in front of the customer, you get reviews like this one. The customer's perception is everything for anyone selling something, once it is negative, it is going to be hard to change. 1. Told me car coming for ME. My word that I would be there to purchase not good enough. They have no trust in their potential customer that they have qualified as capable buyer. 2. Sold the car while I was in route to the dealership 3. Verbal Jabs to me on the sales floor (showroom) 4. Direct Insult I will purchase a ACURA, but not From BRADSHAW. (Bradshaw: Please take time to search the web and notice, I have never left a review for anyone. I have never been treated in a way that caused me to do so...until now, and most likely will never have to again.)
