Had my eyes set on a 2013 White Mercedes C300 4-Matic

Had my eyes set on a 2013 White Mercedes C300 4-Matic (VIN: WDDGF8ABXDR285633) this dealership had listed, which I thought was a very fair and reasonable price at $9,290. Drove all the way to Cuyahoga Falls from Indianapolis, IN (almost 5hrs) to potentially purchase the car for my teenage daughter. Dave, the owner, was a pleasant guy. Unfortunately, immediately upon getting into the car to take it for a test drive I noticed an inch of sitting water in the entire floorboard of the rear passenger side seat, and almost as much water puddling in the passenger seat floorboard. It appeared to have been an issue from clogged rain drains around the sunroof. Dave had his mechanic tend to it right away. My daughter and I drove into town to eat breakfast while I contemplated my decision moving forward after discovering this issue. We decided to pass up on this vehicle as I then had lost any trust in Minnix Auto Sales. If something like this was overlooked or potentially purposely neglected only to pass the responsibility on to the customer, then I wasn’t willing to risk buying a car that I would then be dumping money into in order to make it right. A whole day wasted driving 10hrs and $130/gas only to get there and find such a large scale issue wrong with the car. Hopefully this dealership discloses to any future potential buyer this issue with this Mercedes.
