Infinite Routes Auto

Purchased car, never received registration. Dealer closed and disappeared. Have no way to contact dealer, I'm assuming they're pocketing charged fees and never filing paperwork with PennDOT. Avoid Gene and Infinite Routes at all costs.

We purchased a vehicle from Infinte Routes and 90 day later no title or registration and Penndot has no record .

PLEASE this was the worst experience. Went to buy a car on a Wednesday and travelled almost 2 hours to get there to be told that I can't buy the car I called about cause the owner was not there and they were not allowed to sell a car. Sales are done b y the owner only. I said that if I leave I'm not coming back so they called the owner he came in on his day off, I purchased the car, paid cash and to date, 3 months later, still no registration or title. I called PennDot and there is no record of this car. They never registered this car nor did they send any kind of paperwork to PennDot. I found out by reporting this to the local police that this dealership abruptly closed up a month ago with no forwarding address. In addition, they charged me for these fees so now I have to pay again thru PennDot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if they happen to reopen somewhere.

Avoid this place at all cost.Would give this place negative stars if possible .Don't bother buying a used car from this place if you don't want to end in a money pit . Bought a car from here with less then 100K miles only for the radiator and transmission to go within a month and a half. Classic bait and switch ,listed the car for over $1000 less then what they had me pay. Assured me the car had a full inspection and when I took the car to Infiniti they assured me the car had a lot of damage prior to me buying the car and was basically thrown back together extremely choppily.

Sales rep not very good wasn’t able to clarify info I wanted very confusing going to another dealer for that reason

I warn you please go elsewhere if you want to keep your sanity and want a car that lasts more then 3 weeks before major issues this place deserves 0 Stars. This is my review from google but applies here as well Context 1: I was looking around to buy mt first car and ended up seeing a 2015 Honda accord sport this dealer was selling. When I arrived to go for a test drive my family who came along with me told me not to get said car since the car felt like it was failing apart and wasn't maintained properly. After some looking around they had a 2014 Camaro LS for sale and since the prices where the same we ended up checking it out and decided to buy it. The people were ok to deal with however it took way too long to get all the info ready from their to buy the car we spent almost 4 hours waiting for everything to be finalized. 2: After we were done and got home all seemed fine until the next morning when actually getting to see the car in daylight and being cleaned the car had a lot of paint damage, scratches, swirls, dings, redone paint work and a cracked tail light. And on the interior everything was scratched, ripped seats, missing covers, door seals all torn, melted plastic and a bunch of trash, glass and other weird random melted stuff all in there under the seats I even found a empty bullet casing. That's not even the worst part the car whenever driving over bumps and a really loud clanking sound which was unbearable and sounded like the whole car was gonna break. I ended up going to the mechanic and it was a loose bolt on a bar for the front right tire which was one thing i had to get fixed and now for the worst part I have barely been able to drive the car for the past month (I bought this car less then 2 months ago from me writing this review) the battery was completely test and has shown to be failed And cannot hold charge. The key fob doesn't work since the battery died and the car starts honking like crazy every time when I have to unlock the door manually. I used to be able to jump the car but I no longer can since its fully failed and will start catching fire if I try to jump it and now this car is just a piece of junk sitting in the drive way and I cannot use it to get to work. 3: Safe to say this is the worst buying experience I have ever had and has ruined my excitement for getting my first car but that's what I get for buying used. I was sold a xxx, I wish I could just drop this car back on their lot and get a complete refund. And on top of that I called them when my battery died and they just told me "well its a used car and there's somethings that have issues or might go wrong" and some other xx, They seemed completely uninterested and gave me no help absolutely horrible support. From what it seems most of their other cars are just the same. They put cheap prices and all but you soon realize why they where cheap all their cars are junk which have minor or major issue and are waiting to be sold to unknowing customers. I should of checked the reviews for this place before I ever thought of buying a car from the junk dealer I will never make this mistake again. As a seller myself with 100% positive feedback I always make sure I check and clean my items so that they are in the best condition and give the best advice I can to a buyer or potential buyer unlike this scummy place. I hope you don't make the mistake of buying from this place either please stay away and don't give these guys business.

Car had a salvage title in showroom had to ask repeatedly for keys car was junk!!! Very bad business watch out body shop in back total loss car for 11000 I don’t think so!!!
