Stay home.

Stay home. The sales staff was just running a script. He did not ask any questions about what brought us in or anything else. The unspoken assumption was that I would just buy he car. I found the staff very condescending and boarder line rude. Add $1,437 to the list price for their fees and "lojack' system. The Fusion reeked of smoke and all they did was hang a air freshener from the mirror.

DONT BUY THEIR CARS

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz from this dealership and had problems after my warranty expired. I brought my car in for a check engine light and was told it was my catalytic converter and engine light was reset but the problem was not fixtured. I was told to get a oul change, brakes and rotators alonger with sqay bat link replace but not fix the reason for my check engine light was on. Today December 2, 2023, I was there again regarding the same problem and was told a different reason for my check engine light was on due to a o gen sensor and valve cover gasket. I was told they couldn't fix the problem and get a second opinion because they only had two mechanics and it would take 10 hours to fix at the cost of 1800 dollars. I paid cash for the car six months ago and was offered any discount but bring the car back in January. DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!

Mandatory $995 LoJack charge on all cars!

Great price on car. 9500 for Mitsubishi outback sport. Out the door price $11929.27 ???. Mandatory $995.00 for LoJack on all cars they sell. Don’t tell you until the end. Wasted 3hrs of time getting there. I guess if you don’t like it you can pound the pavement. So I will pound the pavement right over to the beans family to spend my 10000 cash.

Terrible

This place is a scam! Bait and switch plus false advertising. Expect to pay thousands over the prices listed on their website. Read the small print on their site, they automatically add a LoJack system to every vehicle for $995. The Camry we saw online was listed at $11,995. I reached out through their chat and was told I was not obligated to add the LoJack since we were paying cash. I sent my niece to test drive the vehicle and she was told the LoJack was already installed and could not be removed. So the listed $11,995 vehicle was actually $14,633 to purchase. They are forcing people to pay for their aftermarket LoJack systems.

Great Dealership

There was no pressure in buying a car. It took us a while, but the sales rep stayed late after hours so we could pick the perfect car. Would recommend this dealer.
