Great service

Excellent and prompt service. Dealer provided that wiper blades were dry rotted which I chose to replace elsewhere

Great Service at Team Dodge

Scheduled appt online for oil change the next day. Met immediately at service counter. Always feel taken care of at this dealership and know my truck is in good hands.

Oil and Filter Change

Prepaid package of four synthetic oil and filter changes purchased in July 2022. Used 2nd one July 3, 2023. Only drive about 5-6,000 miles per year since acquiring second vehicle. Got to schedule an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. Prepaid package good though July of 2025 so should be able to use remaining two in that timeframe.

Service Department is TOP NOTCH

I had a couple recall items requiring attention on my 2021 Ram Limited and TEAM Myrtle Beach answered the call. I was impressed with the facility and the customer service provided. Nothing but praise for the staff. Thanks for treating me like I mattered and listening to my concerns. While I was there I was approached by the sales staff and not that I was in the market, but they did answer any questions I had on their abundant inventory and specialty vehicles present on the showroom floor. Thanks for a great experience - I will return for more services needed in the future.

Great service on my ram 1500 truck. The people at Dodge were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back in the future for service and buying vehicles.

Do not buy from them!!!

I purchased a vehicle 4/26 from them. I was not given a registration or a temp tag. I was given a demo certification and a dealer plate that was good for 7 days. After 7 days there still was no registration nor tag given. I had to park my new car I just purchased because it has no registration I called for the next 2 weeks with no return calls, now being avoided. I had to hire an attorney. After 2 more weeks and $2000 dollars later, the finally get me a plate. Do not buy from this dealership !!!!
