My experience with DCH Nissan and my salesman Mark Weber...

My experience with DCH Nissan and my salesman Mark Weber was absolutely wonderful. Mark was very personable and friendly.I love my new car and couldn't be happier.Thank you Mark for making my first time leasing a car such a pleasure.

The employees were courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, patient in answering our many questions and, most of all, they did not pressure us in any way. When we had an issue with the heat in our new Altima they quickly attended to it.

Dave made the experience and the car purchasing / leasing process, which can otherwise be somewhat painful, as easy as possible. I would recommend using Dave to friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Nissan.

Monica was very helpful and professional she was very...

Monica was very helpful and professional she was very knowable about the Nissan Versa and Senta. She was able to answer all of our questions and she followed up with us by phone, She returned our phone calls promply and always ansered our questions. We would recomend Monica to anyone.

We were shopping between a new Honda Accord and a new...

We were shopping between a new Honda Accord and a new Nissan Altima. We found the Honda sales experience to be somewhat on the difficult side. However, we personally felt the vehicle model we were looking at were very similar. The Nissan experience at this dealership was surprisingly easy, painless and actually upscale. The salesman Jeremy was pleasant, professional and informative. We were honest with him and told him we were also shopping Honda. He remained very professional pointing out the many features of the Nissan. He never once said a bad word about Honda. He was a pro all the way. He worked closely with us on the price and at the end of the day we decided on the Nissan. We did so based on the value of the vehicle and the pricing, but also on the easy and professional way in which the transaction was handled. Personally, I hate having to interact with a car salesman and the managers...however, this experience was pleasant and upbeat. Never once did we feel pressured or talked into anything. The entire staff was great to deal with. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend this dealership to anyone. When you stop in, ask for Jeremy Specht - he was easy to deal with and I mean easy in the sense of being low keyed, professional, helpful and without any sales pressure. Now, lets hope the car lives up to our expectations ! This is a dealership that I would recommend to family and friends... Thanks DCH Freehold Nissan for a great car, and a pleasant car buying experience! Thanks salesman Jeremy Specht for treating us like customers and making the transaction easy.

After having a few not so pleasant experiences at DCH...

After having a few not so pleasant experiences at DCH Freehold Nissan, I figured i'd give them one more chance to earn my business. Well I am happy I did thanks to Terry Lee. Terry made this one of the easiest buying experiences!!! After exchanging a few emails, I stopped in, finalized the deal and picked up my 2013 Maxima Sport 2 days later!!! The price was right, they had the EXACT car I wanted and earned my business!!! With that said, if you need a new or used Nissan and want a pleasant buying experience, Go see Terry Lee!!!!!! Tell her Iris sent you!! Thank you again Terry!!!! I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still feel like its to good to be true. I tried a few...

I still feel like its to good to be true. I tried a few times to get out of my lease and after some time wasting and discouragement I gave up on the dealer. I received a phone call from Terri and told her I wasn't interested and I'm not going to spend another 3 hours under false pretenses. She said I will give you all the info over the phone so we can work it out without you coming in. We negotiated the numbers , but I was nervous it was all going to change when I got there. It didnt, everything she promised was delivered, she took the time to show me everything and made me feel at ease. She asked me for a chance to redeem my relationship with the dealership and I think she did that! the finance manager was a very nice man, and went over everything as well. Hope to see you all 3 years from now!

Upon entering the dealership, we were told that our...

Upon entering the dealership, we were told that our initial sales person was not going to be in for another hour, despite us having an appointment at that moment. This was the third time that this has happened to us. I became upset and expressed my concerns to the receptionist, when Mark Weber approached me and stated he would take care of us. And that he did. He allowed us to vent and then treated us with the respect we deserved. He was friendly, sensible and professional at all times. When the original sales person did show up, she was loud and unprofessional stating we were her clients/appointment. I attempted to ignore her, but finally stated customers were always right and part of making a sale is being punctual. Despite her rudeness, Mark, Sal (finance) and Alex were all great! They made the experience of being a repeat customer for over 10 years worth it. I would recommend Mark and Sal as a team to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a vehicle from Freehold Nissan. They were genuine individuals!

I visited this dealership because I was receiving offers...

I visited this dealership because I was receiving offers from Nissan due to my current lease coming up on expiration date within three months. I went to just see what potential deals were out there and had no intention of walking out with a new car at this time. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Monika Gurcinaite, to the time I left, the experience was smooth and relaxed. Normally there is a great deal of tension in dealing with car dealerships. I think I would rather go to the dentist! Not so this time. Monika was not pushy and to my surprise very honest. She was organized, asked a lot of good questions and answered my questions. We got to the point where I decided to make an offer on a 2013 Altima SL and after one back and forth, I received terms that I thought were very fair. The rest of the experience from car prep to financing was equally as smooth and the whole team got me out of the dealership on time, as promised. I state that because I was working under some tight time constraints. I have to thank Monika for a GREAT overall experience. I recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan to visit DCH Freehold Nissan and ask for Monika. I know I will be back in a few months as the lease on my son's Nissan will expire.
