These people sold me a Volkswagen that had had its trash

These people sold me a Volkswagen that had had its trash control systems removed, and the exhaust system straight piped. I realize this the day after I bought the car and had a check engine light on first thing in the morning and took it to my mechanic. They sent a lot person to come and take the car, and I took an Uber 90 minutes back to the dealership to pick up my trade and a check for my deposit. That was two months ago and they still haven’t returned the money to Wells Fargo and now I am in collections and they won’t take my phone calls. They do not have their own service center. They do not have a state-of-the-art showroom, only a hole in the wall with weak motivational posters from the 1980s on the walls. BM should stand for big mistake and you would do well to stay away from them unless you were desperate or looking to get taken advantage of.

They are a little unorthodox in their operations , but Tony was super helpful, very responsive and very diligent in getting me a good deal. Still very happy with my purchase a month later.

Anatoly was professional, honest, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I’m very happy with the deal we made, and I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to sell your car easily and for a fair price!

Bull xxxx set up an appointment to go buy a car took half the day off of work to go to my appointment and got called on my way there that it was sold. So I didn't get the car reserved to buy and I lost half a day's pay

Looks like I am not alone.

Looks like I am not alone....wish I had come here before I bought my car. EASIEST DEAL EVER for them. All Cash, no discussion except to ask for titling and registration. Title came day before the temporary expired but NO REGISTRATION. Turns out they never told me the taxes were not paid. How STUPID can a salesperson be when they r handed a deal. NO negotiation, just tell me how much. Then 3 weeks later when I get the title and call, the "GENERAL MANAGER" tells me he "thinks I am rude" and HANGS UP. I have been a salesperson most of my adult life in many fields. NEVER have I hung up on a customer. HOPE the owner reads this. Trust me....DO NOT COME HERE. I could not have been an easier or nicer client until a real issue came up which could easily have been dealt with at purchase. SHAME ON YOU for not disclosing, VERBALLY, that taxes were not paid and hence no registration came. Teach your salespeople better....

Sold me an suv check engine light came on before I even went over Goethals bridge. They don’t return calls put you on hold, can never get a hold of managers.

🚨FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!

🚨FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!🚨 First -- they make you write a fake "5 star rating" while you sign the contract, thus the inflated rating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- ESPECIALLY when buying a luxury car. They damaged a Porsche Cayenne which they sold me while I signed the contract and handed me a car that was NOT in the same condition as when I had test driven it two (2_ hours ago. >>>Buying “AS IS” does not mean the SELLER can damage the car while you sign a contract and hold the BUYER responsible !!!<<< They promised to fix the A.C.C. which they negligently damaged and I materially relied on their promise after showing them the A.C.C. failure BEFORE DRIVING THE CAR OUT OF THEIR PARKING LOT!!! They kept my vehicle for many weeks with a demonstrable track record of failed promises -- not only that, they FURTHER DAMAGED THE CAR while it was in their custody and admitted to doing so but PREPOSTEROUSLY REFUSED to take any form of responsibility for damaging my cameras while allegedly repair the car! Damaged transmission while allegedly repairing the vehicle. Damaged all cameras and while allegedly repairing. Will commence a lawsuit after I return from vacation. Extania will use you for a commission then never help thereafter. Manager Mike will promise to deliver a vehicle which he never keeps and use his subordinate Sergio to keep stalling and lying. When I say lying, I mean wildly and beyond human belief. I activated a tracker on the vehicle and Sergio would promise that the car was getting repaired when it was sitting at the dealership's address on 1835 W Edgar Rd. Little did he know that I was actually tracking the car and took screenshots to prove he is lying. Other times, he would take my vehicle to a residential address then claim he was at the "mechanic" when there is absolutely no mechanic where the car was for hours!!! (Either he was lying to his boss and myself or his boss, scamming Mike, gave him the green light to lie to me for weeks to frustrate my reliance on Mike's FAILED PROMISES which I had materially relied upon when purchasing).... NOTE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS—-and please feel free to contact me to initiate class action lawsuit if you have had a similar experience.
