Very dishonest dealer. My car broke down on the drive home and they blocked my phone number instead of making it right.

I Brought a car at drive Simple & the staff was

I Brought a car at drive Simple & the staff was professional, courteous & work on answer & SOLUTION'S to all of my problem. A dealership who's cars are in an enclosure therefore preserving the integrity of all their vehicles. Outstanding!

On Saturday November 16 2024 I went to this location to

On Saturday November 16 2024 I went to this location to see a vehicle . In seeing the vehicle and taking it on a test ride . The check engine light was turned n and there was an oil leak . The salesman assured me that they would take care of the issue . Ok every thing was fine until I called on Monday to find out if they were working on the car . And there has been no call back .

I bought a vehicle and have had issue after issue and

I bought a vehicle and have had issue after issue and when I reach out they tell me someone will call me back and then no one calls back. Now the salesman has blocked my number rather than help me with answers.

Complete scam .

Complete scam .Do not deal with the South Plainfield location . Immediate response when you are interested in a vehicle . Against my judgement I gave a deposit and now no answer to the multiple phone calls and no response from salesman that took my money . Phone rings and rings or you are put on hold for extended periods of time . I now have to have credit card company start a fraud claim . Their whole premise is making the purchase online , but it's a scam to get deposits and payments from you . Not even sure if the vehicles online exist .

I found a car I liked online and spoke with a salesman

I found a car I liked online and spoke with a salesman named Michael and stated that I would be interested in purchasing the car but I would need to get pictures of any flaws and be assured that it had no mechanical issues. He said it was in excellent condition so I wired the funds and we arranged transportation from NJ to NC. When the car arrived it had a dented RR door, a chipped windshield, missing buttons on the climate control, and paint on the hood was peeling. I was not happy. I called with concerns immediately. I ended up speaking to Kevin afterwards on several occasions and he promised to make it right but would not return my calls and placed me on hold each time I called. I even had a hard time just getting the title for a car that I had already paid for. My advice - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON AND DRIVING IT. They only care about the sale - not customer service or doing fair business.

Michael and Kevin were great sales people!

Michael and Kevin were great sales people! They did not pressure us and made the process simple. It was a little difficult to get the permanent plates but otherwise I would recommend them.
