Horrible customer service. They don't care about people only making a sale. After a couple days getting financing together for purchase and spent in over 10 hours working to get a better financing then they offer and having insurance and everything already put on car and only a day or 2 from receiving better Finacing they sold the car because someone had cash. If you want someone with a good financing partner don't come here or if you do make sure you have Finacing already because they won't wait more then a day for you to get and will sell the car to anyone the minute they can. Very unorganized and extremely dirty and messy office. Not trustworthy either tried to charge more then what the down payment was with there financing. Only looking to make a sale as fast as they can and don't care about the buyer Very poor service

After working with Tim to purchase a car for a 3 days and asking to put a hold on vehicle that I wanted they went ahead and sold the car behind my back without telling me. Don’t ever buy a car from here they will sell it right out from under you to someone else while you have been working on getting your own financing Very unprofessional service and very dirty office your better off going to a professional dealer ship that actually cares about there customer rather then just making a sale. This place is a waste of time

Alex was great to work with. Very responsive to emails and texts. Car was exactly as described. I will buy again from them if opportunity arises. Would recommend
