Steve Tomasik was the gentleman who handled my check in and made sure all the repairs were completed. He was knowledgeable , friendly, helpful and expedited my repair. I was initially hesitant to bring my car to Bienener Ford but because Steve explained everything that was to be done and also when the repair was finished, Now you have me as a customer for life !! Overall great experience. I was interested in purchasing a preowned expedition. The sales staff were extremely accommodating patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the deal got done. And particular Andre was great to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT ever purchase a car from Biener Ford, especially a
DO NOT ever purchase a car from Biener Ford, especially a used vehicle. They will tell you anything so you purchase the car and it will all end up being a lie. I came from over 5 hours away to purchase a vehicle and spoke with my sales person and the manager multiple times before arriving. Over the phone, they told me that the car was certified, that it would have a full inspection and that things like tires and brakes were guaranteed to have 60% life left on them. Within their exorbitant list of fees is a $1200 safety inspection fee. Despite all of this, they sold me a car with front tires so bald that when i took it to the shop to be replaced, they said if we had hit one pot hole the tires would've blown out and we could've been in a severe accident. In addition to this, we later found out the back tires were so low they would not pass inspection. The front wheels were also bent and the air conditioner in the car did not work. I spent close to 20 hours on the phone with upper management of Biener ford requesting a refund for these issues given i paid so much money for their "thorough safety inspection". After two weeks and many many phone calls, they only agreed to a partial refund. This dealership is a disgrace. They are doing FRAUDULENT business. They have been reported to Ford Motors, the DMV and the BBB.

I have bought dozens of cars over the years, new and used, from dealers and private sellers across 4 states. I have to say this was by far my worst experience. We came to an agreement on price and when I picked it up the paperwork didn't break out the taxes. Unfortunately for me I signed and didn't realize the problem. I started by talking to the salesman who referred me to the manager (M.Ali) who said I'm SOL, so I called the General Manager of Used Cars. He seemed to actually care until he sent me back to Ali and said Ali would "make it right". Ali said he would talk with the salesman and between them straighten it out . Never called me back. Next call came from Leo Director of used cars. Leo left a message at my office to call him. Over the next 3 or 4 days I called him 6 times and left messages with no return call. They ended up costing me $1000.00. I should have read all the bad reviews ahead of time. They are the poster dealer for what you think of when you think typical shady, screw the buyer dealer. Steer clear, once they have your money you become useless to them. I'm sure the will respond with how sorry they are and how they want me to call so that they can make it right. Don't believe ANYTHING they say. CROOKS

When I complained about that to the service manager I was told to take my car and have it serviced elsewhere. Biener refused to honor the service plan (breach of contractr) and service my car. When I brought this to the attention of management, I was ignored. A very frustrating and disappointing experience! I would not recommend to anyone.

The response is disingenuous and the dishonesty makes the situation worse. Biener ignored two emails concerning my issue. I never received a response! Now they claim they want to resolve. They thought that if they ignored me I would go away. The scheduled service was a mere oil change and tire rotation, not anything special or complicated. I was given an 8:00 am appointment made several days in advance,and the service rep knew I was waiting. No one informed me that I was wasting my time sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/4 hours while my vehicvle sat in the yard, which is unreasonable and not consistent with the wait time Biener advertises in their promotional materials. More impoortantly, the service manager breached Biener's contract and ignored Biener's obligations under the service plan and refused to service my vehicle and told me to take it elsewhere for service because I complained about the unreasonable wait. Perhaps everyone contemplating having their vehicle serviced at Biener should heed the service manager's advice and take their vehicle elsewhere. Biener had more than two months to discuss my concerns by responding to my letter, which they purposely avoided and ignored.
