VERY unhappy with the service department at Hammer Chevrolet. Dropped off my car last Friday as instructed for much needed repairs. Had not heard from them by 1pm so I called and was told it had not been looked at. Finally on Sunday morning I walked to the dealer to pick up my car as I absolutely needed it to buy groceries. My car is currently stuck in snow at my apartment due to snow being plowed up against it and my arm is in a sling awaiting surgery, so I walked to the dealership today (Tuesday) to pick up my key. They told me they went out and looked for my car yesterday (Monday) but it wasn't there. The least they could have done was to pick up a phone and call me. For all they knew it might have been stolen. Needless to say, I'll be taking my car somewhere else.

Had my car repainted due to a couple of paint chip...
Had my car repainted due to a couple of paint chip issues. Thought I was being smart by taking it to the people that made it. Absolutely 100% regret it. Had to take my vehicle back multiple times due to "orange peel" on the paint job. 2 months, 3 visits and $9,000 later I still have "orange peel". Never again will they touch one of my vehicles.

The employees at Hammer Chevy made the experience great and friendly in getting a used vehicle. Their service department also does great work to keep vehicles up to date on safety and functionality.

Great new car experience
Patrick was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to guide us through the new car selection process with ease. He answered all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured to buy something we didn't really want. It was a very pleasant experience. Marsha made the purchase process very pleasant. We will definitely be back to hammer Chevrolet for any car or truck purchases in the future. he

Hands down best car shopping experience.
Leah was absolutely amazing! She understood I was super stressed about getting a good vehicle, she already had a few picked out based on the amount I was looking to spend. Unlike a couple other dealerships I went to, Leah was super nice and she wasn't pressuring me into anything. She took her time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I hope everyone gets a chance to talk to her if they are looking for a vehicle.
