I just purchased a Infiniti QX 60 from Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. This will be my third purchase from this dealership and my second experience with Mark Smith my salesman. Mark Smith and Lorena Mena the sales manager make car purchasing a enjoyable experience. No pressure whatsoever and after negotiating a fair deal I drove home in my new car. You would be extremely hard pressed to find a more reputable and honest dealer. No hidden fees and the whole process was completed in about an hour. If you are looking for a new or used Infinti let Mark help you with your search. Tell Mark that Kevin sent you!

I'd be very careful.

I'd be very careful... After several convos and reassurances of no surprises. I made the nearly 12 hour round trip to purchase with cash a "beautifully well maintained" low mileage vehicle. This car was misrepresented to get me there. It wouldn't pass a simple safety inspection, had several undisclosed paint concerns, and didn't even have a key to the door. They clearly provided false info to CarFax about maintenance performed by their service shop.

Was planning on visiting other dealerships but passed by

Was planning on visiting other dealerships but passed by MotorWerks and decided to stop in since I was there already. I'm glad I did. I was only going to stay for few minutes, but ended up being there for over two hours. Mark Smith helped me out and long story short, they didn't have what I was looking for (I'm very picky about cars) but we did test drive a few just to be sure. All I can say is this is a dealership where you don't have to deal with the typical "car dealership" nonsense. Straight forward and nice people. Next time I'm in the market for a car, MotorWerks will be my first call, because of people like Mark.
