Motor Werks Infiniti

I worked with Stephen Wink, Malik Hussain, and Russard Grant at this dealership and had a nice purchasing experience. I scheduled a test drive with Steve after work and I did not have to wait long. The drive went smooth and I was allowed to take as much time as I needed to get used to the car. Afterwards, all 3 of us met to discuss numbers and, while you can always second guess whether or not you got a good deal, I felt like we had come to a good agreed upon transaction. The financing paperwork took a bit of time, but I've almost come to expect that at all dealerships since it can take awhile to get all the documentation together. I need to go back to pick up some items that needed to be ordered, but overall, I felt like this was a good buying experience.

My wife and I just had the best new car purchase experience that we probably have ever had. Mark Smith was our salesman and exhibited professionalism that I have rarely seen in any industry. Mark took the time to find out what kind of vehicle and features we wanted with no high pressure sales pitch. No only did he close the sale but he actually followed up with us several days later make sure the the service department scheduled an appointment with us to add a option we purchased with the car. This type of follow thru from a salesman is not the norm. I would highly recommend when shopping for a new Infiniti that you seek out Mark Smith and the Motor Werks team in Barrington, IL. Malik Hussain also was instrumental in working with Mark to find us the best vehicle at the best price. Just a great purchasing experience overall thanks to Mark Smith.

Wonderful experience!! It was a pleasure working with Steve and Lorne. Both were very helpfully and did everything possible to make us happy. No hassle negotiation and very upfront.

With our baby daughter along, they were patient, understanding, courteous, and made every effort to expedite our purchase. I was very appreciative of the atmosphere in the Infiniti showroom, the music was just perfect, the right volume, and comfortable to be around for the few hours we spent there. Steve was our salesperson - he has learned very well from his father. Honesty, trust, and understanding the customer on a personal level goes along way! Thank you! One thing...a chair in the women's bathroom to nurse a child would be helpful. Steve carried his chair in for me - such a gentleman! Thank you!
