Infiniti of Charlotte

From start to finish, we had a fantastic car buying experience. The dealership is clean, modern and bright. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the General Manager; Jimmy Herlocker who introduced us to our Sales Consultant, Rodney Marsh. Rodney was a true professional and very knowledgable. He worked with us throughout the entire buying decision . Each person we encountered was friendly and professional. The dealership itself works on more of a "no haggle" premise which I believe enhances the consumer experience. In the end, we purchased the exact car we wanted at a fair price and enjoyed the entire process. If you are in the market for an Infiniti product, we would highly recommend this dealership.
