Quick and friendly. Received a call to schedule an appointment at my convenience. When came to the service center, was greeted and taken care of right away. In timely manner my car was serviced at no cost for me. Thanks!

We could not have been treated more courteously, nor...

We could not have been treated more courteously, nor kindly, than we were by Brian Gutz. Our business was transacted in an efficient, knowledgeable manner. We were shown several different options to choose from. All the staff we encountered while we were there seemed very friendly. We enjoyed walking through the showrooms to see some of the other makes and models. Everything was clean and well displayed. Looking forward to doing business again with yor facility in the future.

Tom Nolan is the reason I keep coming back. He is consistently providing outstanding customer service through knowledge of my car as well as the best options for maintenance and care. Simply put, Tom Nolan is the professional example everybody else can learn from. We are not relatives or neighbors, we just simply met four years ago when I needed service for my Mercedes Benz car. He knew what was the issue, he kept me informed of the repair status all the way until the vehicle was returned to me, as Tom has promised. Thank you, Tom.

All of the staff at Motorwerks are polite, professional, and service-oriented. The appointment was scheduled when I needed it and they provided a loaner vehicle to drive while they serviced my car. They called the day before the appointment to remind and during the day of the work to give me a status update. The work was finished when promised and was done right the first time. It doesn't get any better than this.

One issue and a comment: 2/15 had my tires rotated on my...

One issue and a comment: 2/15 had my tires rotated on my 08 infinity-now have a vibration in the steering wheel and it pulls to the left. Need to bring it back. Comment: if you offer Saturday service and demand is overwhelming, as was experienced this past Saturday, why have a "skeleton staff". Makes no sense that you do not have enough people to handle demand. Customers are not paying any less for the service and should have to endure long lines and stressed out associates. Overall happy with Motorwerks and more importantly I trust that the work is done right

I was given clarity on what to expect in regards to time...

I was given clarity on what to expect in regards to time and service while my car was at Motor Werks. I encountered trained professionals from the moment I walked into the service area, up until the moment I left your beautiful facility. I noticed consistency in the employee's with their performances. This is indeed for me, without a doubt, the mark of a professionally well run facility! Peter G. and Steve C., made my day easier just by being transparent with the above information they generously provided to me. They both kept me informed and I honestly appreciated their calls. Who does that? I now feel I can answer my own question, Motor Werks does this for their customers!
