I had a very disappointing experience with Gravity Autos

I had a very disappointing experience with Gravity Autos Duluth, specifically working with salesman Musa Khalid. I drove three hours to purchase a 2022 BMW M4 based on the advertised price, but when I arrived, the numbers were completely different from what was advertised. First, the sale price did not match the advertised price. Then they attempted to add nearly $5,000 for a DOWC appearance protection package that I clearly stated I did not want. After a lot of back and forth, Musa said he would remove the package and we eventually agreed on an out-the-door price. Unfortunately, this is where things went wrong. I trusted that the agreed price was reflected in the paperwork, but the dealership still added a DOWC appearance protection package for over $2,500 without my approval. When I later tried to have it removed or canceled, they refused. This experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I made the long trip expecting honest pricing, and instead dealt with unexpected charges that were supposedly removed but still ended up in the final contract. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, learn from my mistake: review every line of the paperwork carefully before signing. Don’t assume that verbal agreements will match the final contract. I read the negative reviews before coming here and tried to be cautious, but I still ended up dealing with unexpected add-ons that I did not want and now cannot cancel. Buyers beware.

There's a reason this dealership has so many negative

There's a reason this dealership has so many negative reviews, so pay attention. We agreed on a purchase price and terms, then they reneged on the deal (signed off on terms by the owner!) and sold to someone else. The sales personnel are so incompetent that they asked for my driver's license, gave me phone number to text it to, then hours later said they didn't get it because they forgot to enter my contact info for their system to receive it! What a bunch of b.s.! Inept, incompetent, dishonest, and once they realized their mistake they all of a sudden didn't want to talk to me. Likely because by that time someone else who was willing to pay a little more came forth and wanted to buy. I have purchased a LOT of automobiles in my 60-plus years and have NEVER seen such a dishonest and disreputable dealer! Stay away if you want to be treated with honesty and integrity! Especially if your salesman's name is "Cass." If you're going to sell high-end cars, you might want to offer customers a shred of integrity. Several BBB negative reviews, and interesting how the company does not effectively addresses any any negative reviews

I could literally write a book about my sub par

I could literally write a book about my sub par experience at this dealership. There are way more and better dealerships to go to. It all starts with customer service. From beginning to end. The BASICS. Don’t advise them.

I would give them a ZERO if I can.

I would give them a ZERO if I can. I finalize a deal on a car on Monday. I drove four hours the next day to pick it up. I told the salesman that I would be there between nine and eleven A.M. the following day to pay for the car and pick up. We kept in contact all the way there, but then his sales manager call me when I am a mile away to say that the car is not there. One of the shop had noticed a scratch on the rear bumper, and wanted to fix it. The manager let him take it the night before I got there. When I got there, the manager said that it will not be ready until Friday. The salesman called the shop to see if he could get it back, but they have started the work on it. The manager offered to me another car, same makes and model with higher mileage. It sounds to me like a bate and switch to me. How can you say everything is fine and then few minutes before i get there the car is not here.

They take great pictures for online and very nice over

They take great pictures for online and very nice over the phone. I was told the 2022 BMW X7 I went to look at was super clean, no dents or scratches. When I got there, within the first 3 seconds I found a softball size dent on the rear bumper, and 8 more dents in various areas. At least a dozen horrible paint touch ups. The door panel on the inside had a big cut on the leather. To top it all off, the grill was cracked and a piece had fallen off. When I pointed it out to the salesman, he told me, "It's a used car, if you want something with no defects then you need to buy brand new. The car is being sold as-is. No price reductions." So I walked away because if this is what I found within seconds of looking at the car, who knows what surprises we're waiting later mechanical. Also the salesperson being rude did not help one bit. I recommend just going somewhere else honestly and don't waste your time. I drove 2.5 hours to learn this lesson.

Don't buy a car from these people.

Don't buy a car from these people. We purchased a Mercedes gls amg 63 from them and within 4 hours of receiving the vehicle the check oil light came on. Thank God we purchased the extended warranty because the total bill to fix the car was 20k. We were out of pocket 8k thanks to the extended warranty but Gravity did not help us at all. Upon doing some research I found some serious reviews on BBB and Google and discovered they have no problem selling cars that they know require expensive repairs without disclosing them to customers. They have zero customer service in their "customer service" department and were condescending and rude when we approached them to help us out. Stay far away from Gravity Auto

Had a very good salesman his name is Marco he worked

Had a very good salesman his name is Marco he worked with me to the very end. When I received the vehicle i noticed that the mats were missing from the rear and no owners manual in the vehicle. I texted Marco and he said he would send me floor mats and owners manual. So at this time all I can do is wait on him to send me the missing items Irvin Curtis

Not reliable

I was going to look at an f150 I asked specifically if there was any rust on the under carriage and was told “no it’s spotless”. First thing I noticed was rust on the control arms and the rest of under carriage. Then the staff would not acknowledge it and say I can spray over it for $30.
