Motor Werks Honda

This is the 3rd vehicle in a row I have purchased from Motor Werks – the last two were new Honda Ridgelines from Anthony Juliano. Anthony was great to work with both times. There was no high pressure to make the purchase and he did everything from start to finish. He respected my time, my budget and everything actually. We had our initial discussions by phone, email and text. He even made and sent videos of the trucks I was interested in. I ended up changing my mind on the truck color and surprisingly went from Black to White. There were some supply challenges for the White Ridgeline I wanted so I put a down payment on one coming in later this summer. A few days later, I received a call from Anthony with another option on a white Ridgeline that was available immediately. I took delivery at the end of the day and love my new White Honda Ridgeline. This will be our 5th car purchase from Motorwerks, 2nd Honda both from Anthony. Our latest purchase was a new 2022 Honda Civic EX for our new teen driver for her birthday. 95% of the interaction was virtual with a visit at the end to finalize. Normally you would be shuffled around between finance and sales however Motorwerks made it seamless by empowering the sales team to deliver the financial piece digitally. Delivered as expected and more. On learning that this was to be a birthday present Anthony went above and beyond. Together we planned a reveal surprise event first taking her through some undesirable cars and finally handing over the keys to the new car complete with a bow and extras. The result was beyond EPIC! with matching tears. Anthony made the entire experience a life memory for our daughter. Thank you Anthony and Motorwerks. See you in 3 years when our youngest is ready!

Manuel was very patient to answer my questions . He stays on top of everything and he’s very professional . He is a gentleman and he really cares about his customers . He has thorough knowledge of Hondas.

This is our second time buying from Motor works and both times Anthony was are sales representative. He did a great job and he was patient with us. We were stuck in bad traffic and he waited around for us to get there. And since they didn’t have time to detail the van he reimburse is for the detailing. Anthony was kind and deserves a 5 star!

I just had surgery on the day that Anthony Juliano, my salesman call me to let me know that my new card finally came in. I told them that I was unable to drive at this point. So he delivered it to my house and took care of all the paperwork there making the process very easy. Anthony is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I've been in customer service positions myself during the years which makes me appreciate the level of service I got from Anthony even more. I will keep coming back to Motor Werks and Anthony for my cars.
