BMW of Elmhurst changed my oil last year. During this time, they installed the screw crooked, and over tightened this, stripping the screw. Chris Herrera, the service advisor, admitted fault on BMW of Elmhurst and said they were just waiting on approval to comp the repair. Now he is saying that "upper management" is saying no, because they cannot confirm they were the last people to work on it. With all the technology in these cars, I feel that you can tell. You and your company should do the right thing and fix your mistake.

This is the worst dealership in the business.
This is the worst dealership in the business. The most incompetent staff,managers and mechanics I’ve ever dealt with! Avoid them at all cost! Horrible service department! Horrible service managers! They just try to up charge and use fraudulent tactics to scam you out of money!! Your bumper to bumper warranty is absolutely useless if you go to Elmhurst bmw!! You will never end up paying a deductible. There will always be added costs and fees cause of their corrupt practices!! They want 10, out of pocket costs for my recent visit. For a truck with a 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty…. Mind blowing….. McGrath auto group is trash! Avoid them!! Go to Perillo or Patrick bmw in the Chicago land area….
