The salesman (Michael M.) was helpful but after that it was a disaster. They charge for add-ons and already put them on vehicles, whether you want them or not... Lojack and some kind of windshield protection... and wouldnt remove the Lojack, so you have to spend $1000 on something you dont want. They talk you into additional warranty coverage and say you can take it off any time and lower your monthly payment but when you call to do that say that it wont decrease the payment but would just lower the total balance.... and then argue with you about how bad of an idea it is to remove the warranty. In the mean time, the 3rd party that they use to file all of the registrations with the courthouse/county will take a full 90 days to do their job correctly. I still can get plates for my vehicle because they have messed up the paperwork so many times. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Super shady dealership! From the sales to the incompetent service department!! This dealer wants nothing more than to just take money from you by denying warranty work! With sketchy tactics and fraudulent ways!! Absolute Trash dealership!! Take your business elsewhere! Don’t keep them in business! They have dropped the ball on my car for the last year. Now that the year long issue has become a major issue. They won’t cover it! The worst and most incompetent dealership in the business…. Boycott at all cost! Or just walk in there and toss your wallet or purse on the counter. They are crooked as it gets

Seamless experience.
Seamless experience. I recently experienced a cracked windshield on my Z4. They arranged the repair, had an excellent loaner available for me and all was accomplished before I expected. Never had a problem with this dealership.

BMW of Elmhurst changed my oil last year.
BMW of Elmhurst changed my oil last year. During this time, they installed the screw crooked, and over tightened this, stripping the screw. Chris Herrera, the service advisor, admitted fault on BMW of Elmhurst and said they were just waiting on approval to comp the repair. Now he is saying that "upper management" is saying no, because they cannot confirm they were the last people to work on it. With all the technology in these cars, I feel that you can tell. You and your company should do the right thing and fix your mistake.

This is the worst dealership in the business. The most incompetent staff,managers and mechanics I’ve ever dealt with! Avoid them at all cost! Horrible service department! Horrible service managers! They just try to up charge and use fraudulent tactics to scam you out of money!! Your bumper to bumper warranty is absolutely useless if you go to Elmhurst bmw!! You will never end up paying a deductible. There will always be added costs and fees cause of their corrupt practices!! They want 10, out of pocket costs for my recent visit. For a truck with a 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty…. Mind blowing….. McGrath auto group is trash! Avoid them!! Go to Perillo or Patrick bmw in the Chicago land area….
