I highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks to service your vehicle. They are honest and professional. My service advisor Frank Aguirre is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He also took care of the recall that I received in the mail, plus I was offered a loaner in case that the recall took longer than expected. Excellent customer service! Very satisfied, I will definitely bring back my vehicle for their routine maintenance.

I went to Acura of Thousand Oaks because I was having some issues. I went again and spoke with Joel and Vivian because they are (very professional, good listeners and understanding) I explain to both of them the purpose of my visit. Joel and I then started talking of my situation and Joel showed me a 2024 ZDX. 24 hours after speaking with Joel and Vivian, Joel and Vivian gave me a deal that I could not say No too. Joel and Vivian were understanding of my situation and they helped again. I was greeted with a very cheerful and kind salesman name Ethan, he extended a warm greeting with a big smile that made me feel very welcome. He answered all my questions and made a follow up phone call and text the following week knowing I was at the research stage of my buying! After 2 weeks I made up my mind to go through with a purchase of Acura ZDX, again Ethan was available to show me how to operate from A to Z.
