I appreciate the service at Frienly Kia! Steve was an awesome service advisor. I have been a customer of yours for several years! JB is also outstanding! I don’t drive a Kia but have purchased my last two cars at Friendly Kia. Your car wash department is also superior. Thank you again! Especially to Steve and JB!

Joe Slater is not the stereo-typical car salesman. First...

Joe Slater is not the stereo-typical car salesman. First words out of his mouth on the lot were "Can I answer any questions for you?" Not the typical "What can I do to sell you this car? He answered any questions we asked. After our test drive he asked how we liked the car and did we want to drive it home. Being a Sunday, I didn't think it was possible, but Joe said "We can make it happen, and he did." From insurance to registering with the Motor Vehicle Dept. to switch the plates. He went above and beyond what normal salesmen do. Since we weren't prepared to purchase a car when we first arrived, we had to return with the title and a few other things from our trade-in. Upon our return, I discovered I took the wrong envelope and the necessary items were still home. Since he lives in my county he offered to stop by our home to pick up the proper envelope, which he did, so we wouldn't have to drive back down again. . He also took the time to explain all the features on the new vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable with these new electronics before we drove off the lot. I have already told many of my friends and passed out his business card. And as for the dealership, your prices were the cheapest we found among the several dealerships we went to. It was well worth the drive for the money we saved over the other dealerships.

J.B., aka Amgad Khalil, was a kind, considerate and professional sales consultant. He went above and beyond help me with all my concerns. I was trading in my 2014 Kia Soul and was thinking of getting a 2021 Kia Soul. I never felt pressured and J. B. let me look around and helped with all questions. I purchased my new, beautiful, red Kia Soul and I need a month of classes to learn all about my new vehicle, hahaha. I now own a very high tech car with a sun roof and I am over the moon.
