Leslee Parsons at Flow Toyota was incredibly helpful by

Leslee Parsons at Flow Toyota was incredibly helpful by showing me some new options on my new Prius. My iPhone stopped connecting automatically so Leslee spent almost an hour trying to trouble shoot the issue. Although I still need a cord to connect, Leslee was incredibly kind to spend so much time with me. Thank you!

This place is anything except nice.

This place is anything except nice. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you would like to purchase a car, I highly recommend you keep going past this place to any other place if you would like treated nicely in fact take the bus. The bus driver is nicer than these folks.

My son had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to buy

My son had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to buy his first new car. The one he wanted wasn’t available for about a month, so he put down a deposit and waited. Unfortunately, while waiting, his current car started having issues, and he had to find something else quickly. He ended up needing to cancel his order and get his deposit back. Tiffany was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the whole process, even though it meant losing a sale. We really enjoyed working with her and getting to know her! In fact, we had such a great experience that we ended up chatting with her about a car for ourselves—and today, we made that purchase! Huge shout-out to Tiffany for making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!

Tiffany Irving did a fantastic job guiding me through my first car-buying experience. She was welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the Hybrid RAV 4 I was looking to purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Today I had 3 things "wrong" (two I just did not

Today I had 3 things "wrong" (two I just did not understand how thry work) and CHRIS from SERVICE fixed me right up, then and there without having an appointment. He filled up my 4 low tires and fixed the other 2 things. He did not charge me. I was so grateful and impressed with his help. He is without a doubt a wonderful employee. Louise Greer

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Took my 2012 prius in to have recall work done. Representative told me it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours. After waiting five (5) hours, I was told that their computer system was down and they couldn't do anything. Really? 5 hours wait to tell me you didn't do anything! On top of that, when I drove away I noticed that the mechanic didn't even put my engine hood down all the way. Had to pull over on busy highway to put it down properly. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. At least not the service center.

Do not buy your next car here I was in the market of

Do not buy your next car here I was in the market of buying my 77-year-old father a car to get back-and-forth to doctors appointments. I called Craig Morris the sales manager. He found a great car for my father Flow Toyota delivered and the deal in my father‘s living room One month later, I was told Craig that I needed to call the bank. I told them my father is deaf and he cannot call a bank and therefore we drive for three months we went outside and the car was repossessed from Flow. The car was never titled to my father , my bank and my drivers license and Flow Toyota will not return any of my calls. I’ve left several messages. This has been going on since June 8, 2024. I have not received any calls or letters from Flow Toyota Craig Morris told me that he would get my father in any car that I wanted him to have if I were to sleep with him , I have messages in my phone from Craig and the general manager Steve. They have blocked me from their cell phones and I cannot contact them to get my belongings out of the vehicle. This place has violated me so many ways my father is without a vehicle and the bank is still trying to charge him a monthly car payment, which we do not have the car any longer . I’m not sure what to do at this point without the dealership, not having any communication with me

We have NEVER had an experience with Toyota like we did

We have NEVER had an experience with Toyota like we did this morning, and so I know that Toyota expects more from its service departments. Our daughter, an out-of-state student from Texas, took her vehicle in for routine 80K service to Flow Toyota. According to the factory service manual the visit should have ONLY included replacing the engine oil and filter and rotating the tires. Fluids should have been inspected and POSSIBLY adjusted. Instead, my daughter was told that ALL fluids would need to be flushed and replaced AND that she would need new spark plugs. They would need to keep the car all day (but they could put her in a rental car), and it would cost approximately $2500. All of this was BEFORE any type of inspection of the vehicle. Thankfully, my daughter thought to call my husband who immediately contacted the service department and told them to stop all work. Devon Paxton, the assistant service manager tried to argue with my husband and said Toyota recommended replacement of her spark plugs now which does not at all match up with what the factory service manual states. Devon also maintained that all the fluids would be dark and have to be replaced. When questioned by my husband, Devon said he had not yet checked the fluids but that was the recommendation. Again, clearly NOT what the service manual states, and for the record, upon inspection, all were just fine and did not need replacement. Devon and Flow Toyota should be embarrassed about trying to take advantage of a young female. And, if it has nothing to do with her age/gender, then they should be embarrassed about taking advantage of ANY of their customers. A visit that should have cost $150 should NEVER be upsold 1,500% - it should never be upsold at all, but an extra $2300 is ridiculous. And customers should NEVER feel victimized.

I had a great experience at Flow Toyota with Charles Hernandez. I ultimately decided not to purchase either of the vehicles I viewed, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.
