Car wasn’t mechanically sound.

Car wasn’t mechanically sound. Rushed, will not buy another car here. Didn’t even have much gas when I picked up. Just not the experience I would expect buying a car. No above and beyond.

Worst dealer experience of my life and I am 63 years old.

Worst dealer experience of my life and I am 63 years old. The dealership decided what was best for me was, a 25% interest loan and a $4500 extended warranty, because of my 657 credit score. All of which was approved without my consent and without proof of income from me. In addition, the vehicle was delivered in a rush to me without any paperwork for me at all and without a brake reservoir cap for the car as promised. After the first day, the front tire was near flat and when I took it to the shop, they said that all the tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced immediately, because it was unsafe to drive as is. On the second day, I took the car in because it sounded like "rocks rattling" under the front end of the car. I was given a $2300 estimate for required front end work, that needs to be done ASAP. To be continued...as the dealer dose not want to talk to me and has blocked me from negative comments on Facebook...

Good Service worked with me on getting a good price. It's always good when both you and the dealer goes hole happy... Drove 6 Hours round trip to get the car I liked and wasn't. disappointed.. Looking for a new or used car call Nico .Wixham Motors.

Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey on 3/29/25.

Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey on 3/29/25. I knew it had issues , as used cars tend to, but Wixom Motors assured me that they would repair the air conditioning and a transmission issue. I noticed the AC wasn't working on my first test drive. It worked for one day after they worked on it. My mechanic confirmed the failed part was the one they claimed to have replaced. Brought it back in. After a long wait, they assured me it was repaired but couldn't be tested because it was too cold (55F) out. Never worked. Now they are not returning my calls, and I am looking at a $1500 repair. After two visits, they couldn't resolve the transmission switch issue as well. My mechanic ended up fixing it for $600. Long story short, do not trust their service department at all. They keep you coming back and waiting until you give up. Dino was very nice.

Nico was the salesman that helped me.

Nico was the salesman that helped me. I came in looking for a truck that had on their website. When i showed interest to purchase the entire team was great. The worked with me for the payment I wanted and they got it to within 20 bucks. I also had a check engine light issue and they were able to let me bring it back and they repaired it through the warranty. My only gripe is that there was no gas when I picked it up and it was pretty dirty inside and out. If this truck works out for as long as I need it to I will be back
