Our trade in value was listed at 27000.00 plus by Blue Book and also by NADA. The Best Brandl offered was 21000.00. We knew our value was a lot more then that and told the salesman but they could do (very little better) So we drove to another dealership and made a trade as they gave us book value of 27000.00. We traded for same Pacifica as we looked at at Brandle but we saved $6000.00 over Brandle price ! ! I sent copies of our trade to Brandle in hope that they may learn from the experience as we sure did !

I appreciated the fact that someone actually spoke to me whereas other dealers were using automated systems without any followup. Michelle was great in getting the process started and Harrison did a great job in handling the sale. Financing went smoothly without any odd or awkward moments.
