My wife and I saw a vehicle.
My wife and I saw a vehicle. We really liked and contacted Mike directly. We set up an appointment for the next day right when the dealership opened and the car was waiting for us washed and cleaned. Mike directed us through the whole process and was able to make the numbers work in order to get us in the vehicle. He was professional charismatic, and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him And the dealership to anyone looking for guidance in the car buying process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I felt completely taken care of. It was a different experience than I have been used to. I had a goal car and price in mind and Suzie made it happen. I will definitely come back to VW Fairfield when it is time for a new car!

Over 6 thousand dollars in repairs in less than 2 months
Over 6 thousand dollars in repairs in less than 2 months of ownership....RUN from this dealership!!!! My experience was a disaster and because of many misrepresentations made, I have been consulting with an attorney. Every interaction, from the GM, Sales Mgr, and dealers... exemplified why society distrusts used car dealers (shop elsewhere). We took the car back for repair when it started making bizarre noises, around 30 days after purchase. The service department lied about repairs, and the vehicle's condition sending us on our way in a car not safe for use. In the end, the General manager continues to stand by the Lèmon and actually blamed me for trusting their lies.
