Haus of Lux Auto sold my nephew an Audi RS7. In the first 60 days everything that could go wrong did, including a cracked engine block requiring a $15,000 engine replacement. This was a real lesson learned. We will never buy another car from them and tell everyone we know not to buy.

I thought these guys went out of business years ago, sold me a jeep from Canada that was not compliant with us regulations

One of the worst car dealers I've dealt with in a long time. They tried to take me for a fool and I'm pretty sure they get a lot of people fooled with their gimmicks. I was looking to buying a car from them and I called them on the phone and they tried to convince me to use their finance department instead of my own bank, telling me to finance with them and then cancel and then use my bank. That's how shady they are. The car I was trying to buy I was going to ship it to where I live out of the country but they are telling me I have to pay New Jersey tax when I'm not a resident of New Jersey and shouldn't be paying tax or paying for registration. They were trying to add on extra $$$ for the price of the car, but I've been buying cars since I was 18 years old so I know what is what. Then they trying to tell me if I buy the car from them they're not going to give me my title because I'm not registering the car in New Jersey or in New York. So basically they're going to sell me a car and keep my title, what a bunch of crooks. Be very careful people these are some serious con men and they will pull every trick in the book! Do not buy a car from them!

By far the absolute worst dealer ever. sold us a vehicle with slashed back tires, said pics did not show tires that way, I found pics that did show tires slashed, we had to pay $675 for two tires dealer only agreed to pay $300 when should have paid all for it considering they charged us $3000.00 they tact on to the sale that they say was to make sure the car was 80% driveable. Slashed tires are not safe by any percent. The title department is not even a title department. They send the paperwork to a 3rd party who then sends that paperwork to another 3rd party who has no idea what is going on with this company. everyone I talked to puts the blame on another person. I would never buy a car here again nor do I recommend you buy a car here.
