The team at Beck & Masten really helped me out when I was struggling financially. They worked with me to bring down the repair price, which I really appreciated. They help me so much,The only downside was that the truck had no gas when I picked it up and died on the highway, so I had to call my wife to bring me a tank of gas, I was on the high way for 2 hours.

I was welcomed by Claudia at my 3 pm appointment.
I was welcomed by Claudia at my 3 pm appointment. She explained to me that they were a little behind but they would start my service immediately. I also had a cracked windshield and she started the process for my replacement and contacted my insurance. Claudia is very helpful, concerned, attentive and #1 in my books in the Service Department. She is definitely a keeper!
