During my purchase with beck and Masten Gulf Freeway,

During my purchase with beck and Masten Gulf Freeway, Rafael displayed a high level of customer service. There wasn’t a negative aspect regarding the sale and I’ll be purchasing a vehicle in the future from Rafael and Beck and Masten Gulf freeway!

The sales department at this dealership is great.

The sales department at this dealership is great. Service department unfortunately is HORRIBLE! Our service advisor never answered his phone for starters. We have a 2024 vehicle that had a sensor go out. It’s been there 8 days so far with no end in sight. It’s a BRAND NEW car! How hard could this be? I finally spoke to a manager( 3 previous unreturned voicemails) and he offered to find me a loaner. In my opinion I should have had one from the beginning! Our adviser offered me a deal at enterprise for $44 a day. It’s a brand new car! Why should I spend $360+ dollars to date for a car that should be a comp in my opinion. Maybe they would like to pay the prorated daily rate of my car payment since I can’t drive it. It’s a sad day when a business as big as B&M can’t provide good customer service. I’m ready to trade the stupid car in at Sewell. They supposedly offer 5 star service.

Ada was phenomenal.

Ada was particularly warm and welcoming to my wife and four of our children who traveled over 1000 miles to purchase a vehicle at B and M South. The vehicle price, service and accommodations (by Will Hill and Ada Pasasin) in light of my family's travel were outstanding, punctuated with a literal bow: Ada placed a ribbon on my wife's newly purchased SUV, understanding that the car was a gift to my wife... Very well and kindly done...!

I was looking for a late model Chevy/GMC 3500 dually.

I was looking for a late model Chevy/GMC 3500 dually. After searching locally with hardly any inventory at the price I was looking for I started looking nationwide. I ran across a Certified Preowned 2020 Chevy 3500 High Country, that checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I worked with Maximo to negotiate the price and secure the deal. Within the week I was on a plane to hand them a check and make the 2200 drive home. I have bought a lot of cars and trucks, the team I was working with, Maximo(Sales), Jorge(Sales Manager), and Marco(Finance) was probably the best I have ever dealt with. We have plans to retire in North Texas, but will certainly make the drive to buy from Beck and Masten again.
