Best Car Buying Experience!!!

I have purchased 10+ cars from a dealership in the past, whether for myself or family members. I have never been more comfortable with my salesman than I was with William Pendergraff!!! He was not pushy, but attentive! I didn’t feel like he was trying to convince me to buy my car, but rather giving me all the information to decide whether or not it was the right car for me!! He showed me the cars that gave me the options I wanted, and asked for! My experience at Beck and Master was worth driving from San Antonio to Houston for!!! And most importantly I got a great deal $ and the finance department made it easy too!!! Thank you William, I am loving my Denali!!! See ya next time!!!

Fantastic Service.

Brought our car in for oil change and tire rotation and had a few questions regarding the infotainment system. Everything was done professionally and they even found a screw in a tire and that was fixed. This service was beyond our expectations and all was taken care of in a short period of time. Joe is a great service advisor.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I was given great service and an adequate timeframe.

Good experience

Friendly, well trained staff. A bit slow on the sales side but fastest document session ever! Overall one of my best car buying experiences. Maybe I’ll buy a Buick next...

God Bless America!!

I met America back when I had an accident in 2009. I was thrilled when I walked onto the showroom floor and saw her there, she even remembered my name... I had not seen her in over 3 years. She has always made me feel welcome. I highly recommend her as she is professional and honest. That's what I love about Beck & Masten, you always see familiar faces, unlike other dealerships. They just make me feel like I'm a friend of the family.

Great customer service

Evie was very friendly and give me good advices on what needed to be done but not pushy about it like other places do. I come here all the time and will continue to do so.

Advertised Price is not the Price

Drive 40 minutes to Beck and Masten GMC North last weekend to purchase a new Yukon XL based on advertised price. After a test drive, my salesman presented me with a price not even close to ad price. He cited all the discounts that B&M assumes in the price that I didn’t qualify like military, trade-in, recent student, etc. If was the ole classic bait and switch but why am I surprised? This place no different than any other sleezy dealership in town.

FALSE PRICE ADVERTISING - LOW PRICE OFFER FOR TRADE IN

VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR TREATMENT, AND PRICE AS ADVERTISED NOT ONLY ON YOUR DEALERSHIP WEBSITE, BUT ALSO ON THE AUTOTRADER WEBSITE TO PURCHASE A NEW 2018 SLT LOADED IRIDIUM YUKON. WE WERE TOLD BY INTERNET SALES MANAGER WE COULD'NT BUY THIS UNIT FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE WHICH BROUGHT US THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE RIGHT AFTER WE SAT DOWN WITH HIM TO DISCUSS - WE STILL WENT FORWARD ANYWAY TRYING TO BUY EVEN WITH MY WIFE TEST DRIVING.. AFTER A VERY LONG WAIT FOR OUR TRADE VALUE, WE WERE OFFERED A VERY LOW AMOUNT FOR OUR TRADE IN - NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING FAIR - THE ROUGH TRADE IN {LOWEST VALUE} FOR OUR TRADE IS $23,000 + - OUR VEHICLE IS NOT PERFECT, BUT CERTAINLY NOT ROUGH - HAS LOW MILES, AND IS A LOADED 2012 Z71 TAHOE IN DECENT CONDITION - WE WERE OFFERED $19,000 - VERY SAD....................HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH ???? MY FATHER RAN A CHEVY DEALERSHIP FOR 30 YRS, AND I'VE PURCHASED MANY FROM DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS - I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS, AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS POORLY BY ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP..... PATHETIC...........................................I WILL BUY THIS UNIT ELSEWHERE................................... I HOPE THE OWNERS SEE THIS....................................

Painless

I found the car online, contacted William Pendergraff because he had helped my sister out after harvey. He was excellent! Then onto financing with victor who also made things transparent. Afterwards I was instructed by David on the features and options of the car. I would most definitely recommend them all.
