Great experience with the purchase of our MDX.

Great experience with the purchase of our MDX. We had purchased the RDX in 2023 and decided we needed a bigger space and towing options. We had built the item online and went into the dealership. Jaelle met us as we entered the lot and was very helpful and paid attention to our dynamic. He was clear and upfront on all aspects of getting the model and color I wanted. Jaelle kept me informed throughout the process and has continued to be in touch after we took posession on the MDX. Very happy.

We came in from out of town, and Jaelle was very respectful of our time. He had the requested vehicles ready to test drive as soon as we got there. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the car buying process. I would recommend Jaelle to any and everyone.

Love my new Acura: still reeling from the awful experience with Grubbs. Salesman was personable, but the rest of the process was disorganized and chaotic. Don’t let them upsell you the extended warranty (quoted at $3400!.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this dealership.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this dealership. They charge a “luxury package” of 3495.00 and a $899 doc fee! Most dishonest people I’ve met in a long time. They would not accept financing from the credit union. Said they would not sell us the car unless we finance through them. When we asked for our keys they didn’t want to give them to us so we could leave. We had threaten to call the police to get OUR keys. STAY AWAY!!!

Overall the experience of buying a car with Grubbs was

Overall the experience of buying a car with Grubbs was good. The sales rep Reyana did a great job of working through the purchase details with me and getting everything completed. My only complaint is that I paid for detailing and the interior of my car was not detailed with visible dirt and grime. After over a week of emailing attempting to contact management I’ve received no response. I was told initially nothing could be done, so I’ve essentially financed a service that wasn’t completed fully. I am most disappointed with the lack of communication after the sale was completed.

Dylan Gilmore, our salesman, was just wonderful!

Dylan Gilmore, our salesman, was just wonderful! I had recently been in an accident that left me very stressed and in need of a vehicle ASAP. His laid back demeanor put me at ease and turned what is normally a stressful situation into a fun, exciting and rewarding moment for all of us. I also upgraded to the package that Grubbs offers and the service team is incredible, having already attended to anything I needed. I highly, *highly* recommend Grubbs Acura to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, used or new!

My experience with Huston was top-tier start to finish. Knowledgeable, great listening skills, and supportive with providing options. His leadership was the determining factor in making what I beleive to be the most accurate choice. I absolutely love my new RDX A-Spec.
