I took my Kia Soul in for a recall. The service writer was courteous, prompt, and professional. My car was finished in 45 minutes, and it was even washed and vacuumed. Excellent service!

Took my car in for service was a great experience. Between the excellent service advisor, excellent tech, and excellent detail department, I'd only take my kia to them. This is how a dealership should run. Even gave my car a free wash after service. They informed me of needed service via text while waiting and was able to authorize it right from my phone so me the tech and the advisor could continue on with our day! Would highly recommend if you own a kia! 10 out of 10!
