Service advisor addressed my concerns right away. He even reminded me that my 2 oil change was free. The lounge was stocked with snacks coffee and soft drinks.

Villages Subaru has wonderful customer service Lamond was very helpful kept us informed throughout the process and when repair was going to take more than one day he arranged a loaner vehicle for my wife. We don’t live in area and my wife was visiting this was no issue with them knowing we would not be a regular customer. Lamond was very friendly and easy to deal with

The service advisor Alejandro was very helpful and tentative to my needs . He took care of my check engine light and fixed the problem with my lights being on . I like that dealership ship very much and I will return for services there thanks 😊
