Cathy was wonderful! I had been at the dealership during the day but brought my husband back after hours to show him what I was looking at. Cathy happened to be there and let us in answering all our questions like she we were her only concern. The next day my 80 year old mother came with us and again Cathy went out of her way to meet our needs. Cathy was who we saw a week later too and she made sure everything happened. Cathy was very kind, understanding and above all had a wonderful personality. I will be recomending my friends come see her in the future!

Bill Victorelli and Paul Gutterman were both very informative and to the point. They both took the time to ask what we were looking for and did not leave any stone unturned to help get us into a car that we were happy with and one we can afford, even though we don't have the greatest credit or the resources to buy a new vehicle. They both teated us with respect just as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. They took the time to educate us in the things we needed to be looking for and made us feel welcome and important to them. Thank you Bill and Paul for making our experience a real pleasure. This was a first time leasing of a car for us. Steve Pelnar was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had. It took a while, but in the end we are very satisfied with the deal and the dealership.

Paul met me outside and greeted me soon after I exited the car. He showed me the available jeeps and was quite knowledgeable about the cars. He also took me around the lot in the "special " car. Bill explained things when we got inside to finish the deal. They both offered me refreshments and saw to my needs. There was no pressure to buy. Everything was easy and relaxed.

From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Scott Moll, we knew we had entered a truly exceptional car dealership! Scott was the epitome of gentlemanly salesmanship, no high pressure, knew his inventory and listened to us as did his manager. We purchased our 2012 Nissan Altima from Scott about a week later. Scott and the dealership made our purchase a very easy process. Scott's customer service is above excellent! Though we have not yet needed any service on our vehicle, Scott and the dealership staff are always very attentive when we just drop in to get a car wash. I gave Bill Bryan a top rating because Mike Shadlich earned a top rating for himself and the dealership. I bought a 2010 Grand Caravan from Mike in march 2010. He has kept in touch and called me when there were good sales and promotions going on. Mike talked to me about actual cost of owernship and maintenance. Cathy Langbehn has helped us in purchasing a used car that fits our life style to a "T". She went way out of her selling performance to meet our needs to make the sale go through. This is the third vehicle, (all vans) that we have purchased from Bill V. and the Bryan Dealership. We like the number of vans to select from and the service we receive from the company. We have had excellent luck with all three vans and always recommend this dealership to other potential customers, with Bill as the sales person to work with. Bill and his partner are great to work with and make sure you see the correct vehicles you are interested in and make sure, that you have all of the pertinent information needed to close the deal. We like Bill V. as he is honest, laid back and we know will tell you the truth on all subjects. He is a true asset to the dealership and the reason we have purchased three vans from Bill Bryan. Chrysler makes a excellent product and when I was working for Textron, we made special gaging and assembly equipment for all of the (big three) and especially the Chrysler Corporation. We believe in America and also try to buy American products. Chrysler has the best van on the market and Bill Bryans, is a very good dealership to work with.
