Laurie was friendly, not pushy, attentive. She knows her business and her cars, and seems genuinely interested in me as a customer. We were able to do business in the best sense of the word.

We recently purchased a Camry from Heintz. This is our second vehicle purchased at Heintz. Both purchasing experiences went well and we have been very pleased with the customer service at Heintz. Our salesperson this time was Marsha. She was very helpful as we considered which car we should purchase and was able to meet our needs. We were very pleased with how the whole experience turned out. Well done!!

Heintz Toyota is a great place to do business. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we felt we were important. The greeter that sits towards the opening of the dealership was so welcoming and friendly. She really set the tone for our visit. We met with Laurie Danberry and our experience continued on a very positive note. She was super personable and in no way pushy! She listened to what we wanted and helped sort out the many options available to us. We ended up test driving three different vehicles before choosing the one for us. She continued her helpfulness by making our trade price and paperwork go smoothly. When it came time to pick up our vehicle, Laurie spent more time helping us go over how to use some of the options included in our car. She even set up our phone! Our overall experience at Heintz Toyota was great!

My experience with Heinz Toyota was above and beyond my expectations. Everybody that I came in contact with was very friendly. Laurie Danberry made the leasing process smooth and easy. I did not go in there that day with the intention of walking away with a new vehicle, but I am more than happy that I did. I am beyond happy with my Prius and with Heinz Toyota!

Laurie did everything possible to make the lease of my...

Laurie did everything possible to make the lease of my new Toyota 4Runner affordable, fast and easily understandable. She was friendly, easy to get a hold of and has provided excellent service to me and my family in the past. I would recommend Heintz and/or Laurie to everyone! Steven was excellent regarding paper work/forms and was friendly and courteous. I have no complaints whatsoever!

It is always a pleasure to walk in to Heintz Toyota-Sion when it is time to lease a new vehicle. You are welcomed at the front door by Ginger and directed to the sales person you are asking for and from there on it is a delightful experience. Our sales rep, Laure Danbarry knows cars, always listens to what you and comes up with the perfect car. Laurie is alway excited for you and the possibility that she can help you find the perfect car. A+++ The process of buying or leasing can be stressful sometimes but we have never experienced this at Heintz. Personal attention to detail is what the dealership is all about. Personal customer satisfaction is the highest priority of the dealership. Through every phase of the process, everyone you encounter is knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A+++ The service department that takes care of your car after the sale is also A+++ We just leased our third Camry from Heintz Toyota-Sion from a superior group of people who care.
