First time at this dealership.

First time at this dealership. Other than a communication blip, the staff took care of me and the needs of my vehicle. Will be returning for service on my other Ford vehicles.

First time at Lakewood Ford.

First time at Lakewood Ford. They lost my trust. I scheduled service for an oil change. Selected the Ford Factory Service which according to the website includes a top off of all fluids including DEF (see pictures). When I picked up my truck the DEF was not topped off. I returned to the service desk and asked about this. Georgia, the service representative told me they do not top off DEF as part of the service. When I told her and the other service representative sitting there that it is listed on the website as part of the package, they said they could top off my DEF but they would need to charge me $5 a gallon. Unhappy, I left and called the dealership to try and rectify this situation. I was transferred to the service manager (Ginger, I think) left a message with my concerns and still have not received a call back. Starting to wonder what else was left out that I thought I was paying for. Did they really rotate my tires? Did they remember to drain the fuel/water separator? I hope the mechanic didn’t overlook the oil filter. A little snarky, I know, but valid concerns when you are trusting someone to give you what you paid for when there’s really no way to verify. Now, I have to find a different place for my next service…..

terrible customer experience with financial department...

terrible customer experience with financial department and the asssistance manager on 01/15/22. They’re definitely scammers were trying to offer extended warranty on a brand new vehicle and gap insurance that it’s unnecessary to my 70-year-old father who doesn’t know about purchasing vehicles I try to remove it today and they were giving me xxxx and when I tried complaining to assistant manager he was no better I highly don’t recommend this place please purchase somewhere else They don’t care about their customers just what they can benefit and scam from. Save your self a headache.

We drove our vehicle home to Vancouver Washington. Drove fine. Put the Camper on it and trailer and now we have different story. The truck would turn off when going up a hill. Very unsafe when towing a 26 foot trailer and camper around a curve and you have to recycle the key to get it to restart. We found the entire fuel system to be rusted out. We spoke with our sales person many times about this. The GM JV would not take our calls. He would tell the sales person that they are having a meeting about us to see what they could do. No buy back offer, no finance help, no saying bring it up to our shop and see what we can do. Just the run around. Weeks of this going on we just told our mechanic to get it fixed. $7200.00 later our truck is running like it should have when we paid just under $60k for it (before Tax). Can't believe they wouldn't even take our calls. If they didn't want to help just tell us. Not this run around mess. Also they where suppose to give $200.00 to the person that referred us. That didn't happen. Plus they sold us a truck with out a Jack for the spare. So we couldn't get the spare tire off, Was told they would send us one. That never happened. Yes I know we signed a As Is Document. But at least have some cool and if your don't want to help us out at least take our calls and hear us out. Don't be a Richard and just yell at the salesman :"Why are these people calling

Sold us an expensive death trap We bought used car in January. Within 2 days a faulty ignition switch would dangerously cut out while on the road (That same ignition issue that killed 124 people). We returned the vehicle, and asked if we could have our trade in back while they worked on the car. The salesman claimed the trade in "Was already crushed at the wrecker", which seemed dubious since it had only been a few days. A month later the brakes started not stopping, It ended up being the rotors. We had only put on about 5k miles, so the brakes either weren't inspected or a choice was made to put it up for sale with the rotors badly worn. We bought the "premium" warranty but somehow the brakes set us back $600. The Airbag light is on and will cost another 400$ to fix. Little things broken goes with buying a used car, but we purchased with Lakewood Ford and paid a premium over a smaller dealer because we trusted the vehicle would at least be safe.

My daughter bought her first new car and the experience was wonderful. Jerad was extremely patient and made us very comfortable. The process was smooth and I am grateful my daughters first experience at a dealer went this well.
