Oil change took 2hrs to complete .

Oil change took 2hrs to complete . I feel that that’s too long of a wait for oil change. In the past it usually was around 1:15hrs to 1:30 hrs.

I received exceptional service from BMW of West Chester.

I received exceptional service from BMW of West Chester. They were able to quickly resolve an issue with my car and let me know about a few other needed repairs that they also took care of. Jay Miller, my sales rep, and Heather DeRitis, my service rep, were responsive, informative, courteous, and went above and beyond! I live out of state in Maryland, and they had a valet drive to my home to pick up and drop off my car and provided me with a luxurious loaner car while my car was being serviced. I had taken my car to a BMW dealer in my area twice and they were unable to correctly diagnose and resolve my car’s issue. Jay, Heather, and their technicians quickly found out what the issue was and replaced my headlights. They saved me time and money and I am grateful.
