Preston is competent and welcoming. All of the support staff are likewise. It’s a very low stress experience to get the car serviced. Having a loaner during the service is a bonus.

The people are nice. The service center is very inviting. The price for this service was way too high. It seems to be too expensive to upkeep our mini cooper. We just spent $2,000.00 to have a new axel and roters done last month, and now we had to pay about $300.00 for a headlight?!"! So, even though we like the Cooper, we will be looking at cars that have less expensive repairs when we buy another car next year.

This is my third Mini... I drive Minis basically for two reasons: 1. I love the cars 2. I love Otto’s, and how they consistently provide top level service that makes my life easier, and helps me to enjoy the cars that I love so much. Otto’s is not the closest dealership to me, but it is the only one I go to.

Preston is always responsive and explains each situation clearly and provides direction. I have worked with Preston for the last 5 years with my car and he is consistently helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist (cannot remember her name) also does a very good job and is always beyond polite.

This review is specific to Raheem Barnett. Please get him ASAP on your Employee page! This was the 1st Mini Cooper S ALL4 Countryman I purchased. I had been looking at them for the past year but was waiting for an existing lease to end… so in no hurry to buy. We travelled from Newark, DE area and when we walked in and saw the demo of exactly what I wanted we couldn’t believe it. From the first moment meeting Raheem he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He got us set up for a test drive and worked out the details while we were out. If he didn’t know an answer to our questions, he would tell you and get right back to you with the answer. Raheem was easy to communicate with, open, honest and had a sense of humor! We hammered out all the details and arranged pick up the following weekend. He was attentive and took care of my “pick list” prior to pick up. The process was quick and all requests were taken care of. Overall the dealership facilities are outstanding and it was a positive buying experience!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great follow-up call as well!

So happy to be back at Mini...this is the 3rd Mini Countryman that I have had...I went to the darkside for 3 years and had an Audi Q5 I hated everyday of it! Pete, Chad & the entire Otto's family are family too me...sorry for straying! You all are the BEST!!! I love driving again!!

As always, Preston was great. Loaner was ready and car was finished at the early end of his estimate. Even though it was a rainy day, our Mini was washed and ready to roll when we came to pick it up. Thanks!
