MINI of West Chester (PA)

I am so happy that I have a new service rep. Charlotte is professional, explains issues that are being worked on and has never been confrontational like my previous service rep. She explains the issues well and comes up with alternative plans when something doesn't work for us. Visits to Otto's are not as uncomfortable as they used to be and we no longer look for an alternative place to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you, Charlotte. And Preston, too. I got there early and he opened the door on time and took care of getting me set up in just a few minutes. You guys do a great job!

This is the third Mini Cooper that I have leased with Otto’s Mini and while working with Pete. He has always been available to answer any questions and extremely helpful throughout the process. I have always been pleased with the level of service provided by Pete and the rest of the team at Otto’s Mini.

This is my second mini now from this dealership. Salesman, Michael Dixon, is awesome. The process goes so smoothly and service at this dealership is top notch as well. They work hard to ensure you have exactly the car you want and that you are happy throughout the life of the car. They treat their customers wonderfully. I’m a customer for life! We (my wife and I) dealt with David Hackett through an on-line inquiry about a particular used car. He responded (turns out he is the manager) almost immediately with an acknowledgement of this inquiry and a promise to hear from a "motoring advisor" promptly. Well that was almost as immediate as David's response. We then worked with Derek Street as our salesman and it was the most professional and pleasant experience we ever had with a used car transaction. Derek responded to all questions right away and made us feel comfortable. No pressure ! Over the course of a couple of days while I made my arrangements for payment and insurance Derek helped with contacts with my insurer and financer and readied all of the paper work ahead of time. We loved it. (and love the car) I highly recommend David and Derek and Otto's Mini !

Ottos does a great job. Nice loaners and quick turnaround with strong communication and a wash at the end. My only complaint was that the didn’t charge my battery - I have a PHEV and it would have been nice to have it fully charged!

I love the complimentary 3 year maintenance. Scheduling at Ottos was easy and quick. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I only wish the facility was still on Rte 202.

In the past, my experience with auto mechanics and car dealerships was intimidating and confusing. Otto's MINI is just the opposite. Most of all, I appreciate Preston Jackson. In contrast to my previous experiences elsewhere, Preston speaks courteously, clearly, and patiently -- so that I can understand what is being done to my car and I don't feel afraid to ask questions. I am beyond grateful for this. Plus, I appreciate the clean, pleasant lounge and the cleanliness of the shop floor. But Preston sets the tone. Don't lose him!

Oil and filter change went smoothly and quickly. Customer lounge made it possible to work while I waited. Preston is the best. Not much more to say.

From the moment I drive into the service area I feel like a VIP. Charlotte is amazing. She provided me with a lot of great information and offered things I wasn't expecting. Whether I wait or take a loaner my experience is always the best. Thanks Ottos.
