Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Lied to and hidden fees. Dealership aesthetics were deplorable. Won’t ever return.

This is the worst Genesis dealership I've ever witnessed

This is the worst Genesis dealership I've ever witnessed and totally unrepresentative of the brand. The facilities are dirty, parking lot full of potholes, customer service is terrible, service experiences are even worse. Getting promised a loaner vehicle on the phone then finding out I was lied to by the apathetic staff about not having any available and your only choice being to either walk in a crime-ridden neighborhood or call yourself a rental car out of your own pocket is unforgivable. The chairs in the waiting room are visibly damaged, the floors are dirty, the exterior of the building is damaged and the signs still show the building as a used Hyundai dealership, which doesn't even live up to those standards. By comparison, the Hydundai dealership next door to them, which shares the same parking lot, looks 100% better. Couldn't be more disappointed and will never return. Odds are, this place will (and should) lose their dealership license.
