I am going to go back to the Dealership, to learn more about the new car that I bought. I feel like I know nothing about the car that I purchased.

Met needs, not desires
Wanted a truck, definitely not SUV, open to considering a car. Shown a couple cars, settled for SUV. The purchase addressed basic need only. Not excited to get in and drive it-- I don't even like seeing it! I regret the purchase. I feel stuck in 4 year lease, working harder/more hours. My life is not better. Although salesman assured me financing, no confirmation would be given without me committing to buy. I needed something, so I agreed despite being disappointed with what I settled for. Then I had to purchase add'l coverage because company "makes their money" nit-picking to charge for everything, (i.e., even normal wear and tear), to generate more income at end of lease. This added costs and anxiety. I wanted VERY MUCH to keep my old car, but his was firmly denied because I lacked a cash down payment. (My car was important to me. It could assist with controlling total mileage on the leased item, and it had a hitch so that I could continue pulling my trailer.) Salesman Dilan expressed concern about my lack of enthusiasm for the purchase, consistently showed concern for me. I longed for a truck. Now I'm left without even my old work car to pull a trailer (important to to fuel my passion for garden design, not to mention rehab projects at both of my houses). I am left with less than before. I must face straining my budget further as I search for a truck to replace my old car/trailer. (As mentioned to Dilan, I can make money with a truck.) I needed a warm, dependable vehicle for work as a banker. But my dreams and passions are far from the bank scene. On a positive note, putting a 2 y/o in a car seat is much easier in the SUV. It keeps me warm in winter. Although I consider the purchase a mistake, I learned from the experience. While letting go of my old car still hurts, it ultimately creates a void that will be filled with something better ... like that truck I dream of for bolstering property investments and supporting dreams of starting a garden design business.

Buying my new car!
This was the first time I bought a car on my own, I was nervous, but the staff, especially sales, Shawn and Andrew made the experience comfortable, and felt they were extremely fair and professional at all times. They deserve a raise!

Great car-buying experience.
My goal for the day was to BEGIN researching a lease trade-in for a purchase. I stopped at Dennis Hyundai first and drove home after purchasing a new Hyundai. The quality of the vehicle speaks for itself but the team at Dennis was stellar.

Perfect car to fit all our needs
This is our second Hyundai bought through Dennis Hyundai on Morse Road. We feel very fortunate to have found this dealership. The vehicles are well made and you get a lot for your money. We were treated wonderfully by all involved but mostly by our sales person Jordan Knight. He is energetic, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the history of Hyundai. We could tell that he believed in their products and I think that he went above and beyond normal expectations to find us the perfect car to fit all our needs.
