I would strongly recommend going to Dennis for buying a car. I had a simple process and they were the first dealership that gets the customer. Tyrone, had great communication and felt comfortable about the transaction. Truly my first time excited for getting a car but the one I wanted and for the right price.

I went into the Dennis Hyundai dealership after having a horrible experience at the Easton Mercedes service department. I hate to shop for cars and haggle over prices. However, the experience with James was quick and painless getting out of my current vehicle into a new Hyundai. I was impressed by the dealership and with James and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a Hyundai.

This is the first time I have ever taken the time to rate anything ever! I felt it imperative that I warn people of the deceptive practices of this shady dealership. This was to be my first new car purchase and I went in to test drive and possible purchase a Hyundai Veloster. Mamoon was very friendly and knowledgable about the car. We went for a test drive and I liked the car but really didn't want the added tech package. However, I was willing to go ahead and pay the extra $2000 for this package if they would give me a total out the door price with taxes and all fees listed. Finally, after some back and forth I am presented with an estimate that's nearly $2000 more than what it should be! They had added a "protection" package for $1395 plus $250 doc fees! The "protection" package protects the interior from spills, stain, or tears. I told them I was not interested in the protection package and they said it had already been applied to the car and they could not sell it without it! Now, they may get away with insulting other people's intelligence and I may be part xxxx from south eastern Ohio but this is the exact type of doing business that makes so many people cringe when they think of sales people and I will not tolerate it! They asked what they could do to earn my business today and I told them to drop the price $2000 which is right about where it would be with MSRP if not a little under. They let me walk. I went to Ricart and told them about my experience at Dennis and they said they get a lot of people that come in and tell them of the horror that is Dennis Hyundai! The funniest thing is at Dennis they said how they were selling these cars so well they could't keep them on the lot but they had 5 or 6 of them. Ricart had one and the other dealer I went to had 2. From my research, it is accurate to say these cars are selling well and usually with little to no discount below MSRP. In the end Ricart saved the day by getting me the car I wanted at a fair price and with no hassle! Final word: unless money is no object or you are incredibly stupid don't shop Dennis Hyundai!

Rahn Harper is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. We live north of Pittsburgh, PA and could not find the new Sonata turbo. Rahn was so helpful that he not only found the car we were looking for, but he personally delivered it to our house within 4 days! Rahn was very professional, efficient, and friendly. We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. If you are from Columbus or even 4 hours away, it would be worth your time to give Rahn Harper a call and see if he could beat your local dealer's price and service.

bought a new car and it was the worst experience of my life! Love the car...hate the dealership. Had to wait for better then a month for parts that were supposed to be on the car. Was harrased by the delership on nearly a daily basis for paperwork concerning my educator discount they gave me. buy a kia just not from Dennis!

Had a Great experience! Wonderful sales team, fast and helpful! First time Kia buyer and will recommend to friends! Our salesman was very laid back and did not pressure us. The manager Andrew was also great! They quickly worked up the numbers and had the car ready very quickly!
