BUYER BEWARE! After attempting to purchase a 2005 BMW from Rany Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville, we need to share with others our experience. First, we visited the dealership and took a test drive. The Sales Representative told us the cost of the car, including a Dock Fee of $999, plus taxes and license. We told him we were looking at another car and would be in touch. Over the next week, we attempted to contact the Sales Representative, who did not return our calls. We finally connected with another Sales Representative, explained the situation, made an out the door offer and made an appointment to come to the showroom, check in hand. When we arrived, we got a bit of a run around from the Sales Team. Even though we had an appointment, we were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected. When we asked if they were accepting our offer, they presented a “sales worksheet” the list the price of the car $600 higher than we told the previous week, plus the Dock Fee of $999, PLUS PAINT PROTECTION of $999! Paint Protection on a 20-year-old car is ridiculous. Buyer Beware when dealing with Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville.

NOTE: Same reply to several negative reviews from the same customer: We understand that you were here for a test drive before visiting other dealers to test drive other models. We appreciated your forthcoming and made sure to go over the features and options on ours before your test drive. Obviously you came back to purchase it and it is unfortunate that we were not able to get a deal together. From our understanding, we accepted an offer over the phone for the sale price. As for our Resistall fee, it is clearly labeled on our website (and vehicle addendums) and disclosed to every customer purchasing a vehicle from us. As a matter of fact, most customers appreciate that we apply an exterior and interior protection that includes a warranty. Upon further investigation, we are already nationally and competitively priced online on a rare, mechanically sound, and cosmetically superior car and agreed to your offer that was far less than our advertised price - even including the Resistall warranty. With having that said, we do appreciate the opportunity and will be investigating on how this could have possibly been handled better.
Absolute terrible purchasing experience.
Absolute terrible purchasing experience. We purchased a brand new 2025 ESV-V with 17 miles on it. Vehicle was delivered by a transport company recommended by the dealership with over $2,000 worth of paint damage. The damage was documented by the transport company with pictures before loading the vehicle. Our salesperson even admitted in texts that he had to "buff out" some paint issues on the vehicle before loading the vehicle and that he might have missed somethings. Our $180,000 vehicle arrived with dings in the paint on the front and back bumper, scratches on the mirror, as well as factory paint imperfections (paint pimples). We accepted delivery of a black vehicle at night because our salesperson said we would "figure something out" tomorrow. Took the new vehicle to our local cadillac dealership and received a quote for $2,000 to repair the paint and dings. Our sales person advised that his boss would only agree to cover $500 of the damage. I requested that they at least cover half and they refused. I then requested that they cover $750 and they refused. These folks made plenty of money on my $180,000 purchase and then made money on my trade in (2023 ESV-V), but they refuse to even pay for half of damage to a brand new vehicle. We buy lots of vehicles and we will NEVER work with this dealership again!

Absolute terrible purchasing experience. We purchased a brand new 2025 ESV-V with 17 miles on it. This is a very unfortunate experience for both sides. Our bill of laden from the transportation company shows no damage and we still offered good faith participation based on what we thought it would cost us. Also it's unfortunate that you are not close to our dealership so it could be addressed by our own body shop/service department.

It was a great pleasure to purchase a Certified Pre-owned 2020 XT-5 from Claude Nolan Cadillac. The Business Manager, Pete and the Sales Manger, Art are pleasure to work with. The staff are awesome, especially Steve Smith, from test drive to sign the sales agreement, no hidden cost, no solicit for unnecessary service. Steve took his time to explain the features of the XT-5 and set up Onstar for me right on site. My newest purchase was sent to clean and detail again before signing the sales agreement. It took me around 4 hours from test drive appointment to drive my XT-5 home the same day. Awesome experience!!!

2022 Cadillac XT5..you won't be sorry..friendly ..
Steve Smith is your go to guy a true gentleman who does his homework..We had questions about the stereo system and he researched for the answers even went into the xt5 to listen to the difference between the 2 stereos..we also we questioning the difference in the engine being that we had a V-6..glad I listened as the V-4 turbo has nice pick up and a smooth ride.. even asked me I'd I was in the military..as I was and even earned a extra discount on the car..no other dealership asked me that..true honest guy as and Claude Nolon should be happy to have him as a salesman..Thanks Steve..

Easiest vehicle purchase ever!
My experience at Claude Nolan was outstanding. It was my first Cadillac purchase and I already knew the vehicle I wanted and my financing lined up with my credit union. Upon arriving late in the day, my salesman Steve Smith approached me and I explained my situation. He took me straight to the XT5 I was looking at online. I returned the next day late again to assess my trade and within an hour left with the buyers order. Next day credit union cut a check and I called Steve. He handled everything through emails and by the time I got off work and arrived at the dealership, the deal was done. In and out, easiest car purchase I've ever made. I absolutely love my vehicle. Sales Manager Was the Rudest Man I have Ever Met
We were ready to purchase a $85,000 vehicle and asked to speak directly to the sales manager. He walked into the office with a very combative attitude and was extremely antagonistic towards us when we were asking pricing questions. When asking him a question, in a demeaning tone he said "Do You Not Understand What 0% Financing Means?" I have never had a sales person undermine my intelligence and treat me like a child. I am still flabbergasted in the way I was treated and even contacted GM to report the issue. No one deserves to be treated the way I was.

Best Service - new clean waiting area,great people
everyone was very nice - easy to talk to -- took time to explain the process of getting my car repaired. Prompt to return my calls. Had the car finished one day early. worked with the insurance carrier with all the information they requested. Received the car restored to a New Condition. Bought my first Cadillac from Claud Nolan in 1983. For me they are the Very Best in the Business -- Service is always outstanding. Not going anywhere else.
