Great Service

Service was 1st rate from "my" Service Advisor (James Zawacki) down to the job the mechanics did in working on the vehicle. But this is nothing new. In my experience it has always been the way Nolan Cadillac treats their customers!!

No Hassle/ No pressure/Great experience

We were treated very well and had everything explained in detail, and ended up with a better deal than we expected. We love the free maintenance program and free On Star for 12 months and we never expect to worry about this car until we need another.

Superior Service

My service has been Nancy Germano for the past while and I enjoy working with her. She has helped me resolve several recent issues with my 2003 GMC Yukon Denali. I have always been pleased with the professionalism of the staff and service has been excellent. I also enjoy the quality of the dealership and I appreciate the environment. It is clean, emanates class and is a facility where I feel very comfortable when it is necessary to have others accompany me if I elect to wait for any period of time. I cannot say that about a number of other facilities I am required to visit. I should think it speaks well of Claude Nolan when I bring my GMC vehicle there for service and the GMC dealer is next door. Tough to beat superior quality and you certainly provide it.

Great Experience

Great service!

James Zawacki was wonderful to work with--professional, competant, and friendly. My new XTS had a "rumble" in the rear window shade. The problem was resolved, and my car was returned to me fixed, washed, and vacuumed. I am so happy to have a quality dealership like Claude Nolan here in Jacksonville. I consider myself a good judge of that, since my family has a Cadillac dealership in Michigan.

great service

James Zawacki handled our service and went above and beyond to help with repairs and detailing on my mother's 2000 Cadillac. Mom is 90 years old, and still drives.
