Service team was friendly and didn't pressure me to make any hurried decisions. Jeremy kept me informed at all times on the progress of my repairs and always offers options for futures maintenance requirements. Between Keith and Jeremy, I know that I am getting the best value for my car repairs and maintenance.

When they sold me the car, the touch screen was not
When they sold me the car, the touch screen was not working. They told me that they ordered a new one from Japan and it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get here. I called service today, since it has been 7 weeks since I have purchased the car. Now they tell me that I am waiting for a refurbished touch screen and that there is only one place in the US that refurbishes them and that it is taking a really long time. So I have had no radio, no ability to play music, and no navigation screen for 7 weeks, and who knows how much longer it will take. I want them to send me a new one, since that is what they promised.

They took the time to understand our needs, he walked me through several options, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The financing process was also smooth. The finance manager clearly explained all the options and helped us find a deal that worked within my budget. There were no hidden fees or surprises—everything was transparent. Parents were trying to be nice and buy me a new remote
Parents were trying to be nice and buy me a new remote key, paid 260 and left with the impression that I would be able to come in, collect, and have it activated for that price. Was told upon arrival that it would be another 200 to have it activated. That awful bit of bait and switch aside, this dealership routinely charges way more for service and maintenance than what you pay at any number of trustworthy mechanics. Decent enough place to buy a car, we have been for 20 years now, but get your service done elsewhere...
