Big thanks to Bobby and his team at service, great communication with my recall issue, and electrical problem. I was well supported with a loan car, and had consistent feed back on my vehicle status. Booby was polite and very helpful.

This was the second time we’ve had a bad experience with this dealership. This repair was for a recall service. The dealership was unable to complete the work after 1 week. Communication was severely lacking. We ended up going to another dealership which completed the work in a few hours. We won’t be going back to this dealership unless an emergency situation forces us to do so.

Although our purchase of the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan didn't work out, the folks over at Auto Nation Carlsbad (Jessica, Linda, Frank, John + more!) all had our best interest in mind and provided a world-class experience for my daughter and I. It's rare these days to find a dealership who strives to make their customer happy and we've found one with Auto Nation Carlsbad! Thank you all for everything and we'll see you again on our next purchase.

Great car buying experience! Will helped us with the process and was patient and not pushy. The dealership also did not install a bunch of add-ons to the car and try to charge us for it. Very straight-forward pricing, which I greatly appreciated.

The salesman Cody was very responsive and helped us out. Manger Linda was accommodating and understood our aim.

The salesperson I talked to was wonderful but I was supposed to have been contacted by the manager and he never called so I didn't do business with them. The salesperson followed up and I told him that his manager didn't call and that I went with a different dealership Volkswagen San Bernardino for my purchase. Customer services extremely important to me!

Process was easy and got a very good deal for my first electric vehicle (ID4). Appreciate the team at Volkswagon Carlsbad.

He had been assisting me for 6 months with so much patience and kindness in helping my husband and I find out dream car. Highly recommend this location (especially with having prior experience at various other VW dealerships). AutoNation rocks!
