Both Danny and Connor provide the customer care you want.

Both Danny and Connor provide the customer care you want. Not only being very flexible to fit my van into the shop but also provide updates along the way. Not many locations have the facilities to work on high roof and heavy trucks so it's great there's a location in north county.

Service was great, left my truck in awful condition.

Service was great, left my truck in awful condition. Grease and fingerprints all over my truck. Didn't use pads to cover my bumpers, a few scratches.

Friendly and helpful staff, good communication, and a willingness to answer questions. A smooth and efficient car buying experience, with no unnecessary pressure. Honest and upfront pricing, with no hidden fees or surprises after the sale and a willingness to address any issues that may arise, general manager there was super helpful and nice to talk to and really helped me out and made me feel at home. We had just experienced a bad customer service situation

We had just experienced a bad customer service situation at another dealer and went right over to Carlsbad Jeep to buy the car we wanted. Ronald Robinson was our sales associate and he was great. He showed us exactly what we wanted and let us take our time comparing all the different models we needed to. There was no pressure and the overall buying experience was great.

They recommended an expensive repair to me that was not

They recommended an expensive repair to me that was not actually needed. They included a "photo". I took the car to another repair center and had them check out the issue in the same way, they found there was nothing wrong with it. They showed me a photo as well and it looked completely different. The service advisors make commission on what they sell you and someone is being dishonest.
