We rarely write reviews but felt we should in connection

We rarely write reviews but felt we should in connection with our recent purchase at AutoNation Jeep in Carlsbad. We worked with James Benway in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and had a VERY POSITIVE experience. We had not purchased a car for 8 years so a lot with cars had changed. James explained all the features re the Jeep, researched other vehicles that fit our needs, and came up with a fair price. Throughout the process James was very patient and created a stress free experience. As good as our car buying experience was, James has followed up after the sale and offered to answer any questions we may have. Something you don't find very often with car salespeople. We would highly recommend the AutoNation Jeep dealership and especially James Benway.

I bought my RAM RHO in January 2025, and recently it was time for the first service. I’ve never owned a RAM before, so this was my first visit to AutoNation RAM in Oceanside—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was great, but what really stood out was the staff, especially Danny and Connor. They listened, gave me super helpful advice, and took the time to walk me through things I didn’t know about the truck. I drove a Ford F-150 for years and was worried switching to a RAM might be a letdown—but thanks to these guys, it’s been the opposite. Now I’m using features I didn’t even know I had! I totally recommend this service center to all RAM truck owners.

Nightmare!

Nightmare! in 8 days and did nothing. tried to get us to pay $795 for maintenance work that had already be done. not warranty work. coolant temp sensor under extended warranty. Michael Griffis was a nasty lying person the entire time and used profanity on me. Jeff Stearns 760-214-2440.

Both Danny and Connor provide the customer care you want.

Both Danny and Connor provide the customer care you want. Not only being very flexible to fit my van into the shop but also provide updates along the way. Not many locations have the facilities to work on high roof and heavy trucks so it's great there's a location in north county.
