Improvements in communication with the customer are

Improvements in communication with the customer are greatly improved from 6 months ago. The service department is now one of the best we have had business with. Highly recommend. In the sales department Kyle is the BEST.

Took my brand new Qx55 to have the Permaplate done.

Took my brand new Qx55 to have the Permaplate done. First dealing with the service department about appointments is not enjoyable at all! While my car was on there premises damage was done to the paint about a third the was up the drivers side doors. You can tell something rubbed across the door. It was dark when we picked up the car and we went straight to our garage where it has been for the last week. Today I wanted to drive it and that is when I saw the damage. Called Easton Konnoff at 10:47 am. He said he would look at film and let us know. It is now6:14pm and no call. This is really disappointing because the sales staff is wonderful. Service department SUCKS.

One of the worst dealers in Wichita.

One of the worst dealers in Wichita. No customer service and the service department didn't even bother to top off the fluids in the car. The advisors excuse was that they were to busy to get around to it. If you value your car then don't shop at Eddy's.

This dealership is doing a huge disservice to the

This dealership is doing a huge disservice to the Infinity brand! I purchased a 2024 model and the homelink was not operating. After 8 weeks of trying various things to get that to work, they returned my car to me filthy dirty. When I took it to wash the next day, it had been hit on the back passenger side of the car! Their service failure recovery is awful! Their phone system doesn’t work properly and the General Manager doesn’t return phone calls. From end to end- a horrible experience. I can’t recommend this dealer. I hope they improve.

i purchased my qx60 hybrid new from this dealership in 2014 they have been my go to dealership for all after the sale service, even when i relocated to austin tx for almost 2 years before we moved back here. Based on my experience with this dealership i have no reservations in recommending them .
